    The subject of the video is excellent but as the world is so big, I suggest shooting a series, each one focusing on a different region, like Central America, Eastern Europe, South East Asia and so on.

      I'd argue with how rapidly markets change it could be a rotating segment. Let's say a favorite region every three months or so.

    the other thing to consider when buying real estate in another countries is currency fluctuation. yes the USD is going down but many of these countries preffer USD. especially Cambodia. try to pay for something small in dollars and get change back in dollars. They give you change in their currency because they dont want it. so even if you charge rents in USD you are still not free of the USD risk.

      I have to say that for me ANDREW takes the crown. George at times gets off on tangent taking about politics and marxism when clearly that is not his forte. However, In fairness to George I do love his natural flow on the way he explains stuff using his whiteboard!

      No infrastructure,really poor country,Albaninas are really conservative,they do have a beautifull coastline,but most peapole decide to go there,never come back

      I'm from Panamà bro and this is a goldmine I'm telling you for experience we use the US dollar and the basic salary is 700 a month and the rental is really accessible

      The only place to invest are to biggest citys Novi Sad and Belgrade,but way overpriced,good place to live but not to invest,Bulgaria Sofia is way better to invest but not to live there

    thanks for the info..one related question.when buying a real estate in these countries should we finalize a deal in dollars or local currency...some countries have so much fluctuation that by the time wire of such huge amount reaches destination we already loose money due to their currency going down..pls share your opinion.

      I just did a deal in the Philippines, ... my advice is to finalize the purchase price in USD but not many sellers accept this. Currency transfers cost 2.5% just in the exchange plus bank fees for the transfer.

    Andrew in KL, the price does exceed your cutoff price of USD 1000 per sq metre for a place like KLCC or around TRX.....and for foreigners the tag is a million ringitt in KL. Still a good place to be in for someone new?

    Andrew, if you were able to get an Egyptian passport by decent, without knowing a word of arabic, would you take it? Would you take it if you already have 2 western world passports one being from the EU. See any drawbacks or advantages to the Egyptian passport in this scenario?
