Recently, I added to my Milwaukee Packout collection. I picked up the Milwaukee Packout Cabinet. It reminded me of the hutch on top of my toolbox. I figured it would make a great workstation when I'm working away from the shop. The only problem is, it's pretty dark inside. I figured it would be great if I could modify it so that a light turns on automatically when you open it. I got on Amazon and started making my plan. What did I come up with, and how did I build it? Great video. I found the same size light, only it doesnt need a switch. Its motion activated and stays on for about 5 minutes with no movement. It takes 6 batteries, AA and a charge lasts for roughly 3 months. +/- depending on usage. As much as i love the switch, its more work then i wanted to put into it. And, it works great. There are several brands available. Some work better than others. Take care.
