      Hi Laura! Thanks for watching! I love fresh cilantro in my potatoes and I like the kind Trader Joe's sells in bags. It's very convenient. I also get it from our local grocery store and we grow it in the summer. 😁

    Thanks for sharing. I started low carb a couple weeks ago, but quickly decided intermittent fasting is more realistic for the way our family eats. Will probably update on that soon. That chili looks delish!

      Thanks for stopping by! I saw your vlog about doing low carb. :) For me, high carb works best and is more appealing because I'm not a big meat and dairy eater, and I love the simplicity. Plus, once I learned more, it made so much sense.
      I tried intermittent fasting before we started eating mostly plant-based and it didn't work for me because I noticed I'd eat more unhealthy food before my "eating window" closed. Lol - that didn't make for good weight loss.
      I love that I can eat a lot of healthy food now and still lose weight and it doesn't have to be salads all the time.
      I hope intermittent fasting works for you and I look forward to your update!😁
