i really do wonder where yeat would be now without WLR, cus a part of me thinks mainstream rappers will all end up there eventually cus of their talent but for yeat im not sure, carti made that type of rap popular cus people started saying “it’s not about the lyrics” and if he didn’t do that maybe people would criticise yeat for his lyrics or maybe he’d even try and be lyrical to blow up
