    What I like to do to boost my front and back kicks for my Krav Maga.
    Is I double up on my resistance band, wrap it round a pole, put my heel inside the loop of the doubled up band, get into a front kick position and kick out.
    It mimics the movement with resistance and it is a killer!! Especially when doubling up on the single resistance band

    Good to see you Sensei , I am glad that you and your family are safe. I am a fan of resistance bands , I have a range of different lengths and strengths that I use to keep my midsection and upper body in shape..! It's a great lesson for me and I can do this training in my apartment. I am definitely interested in your Cane training , I have mentioned to you before that I was interested in the cane certification program, but I don't think I heard anything from you about it.. I will send you an email shortly as well ...Sensei , don't worry about the hair loss ; I have been " Thinning " in the same spot as you .!!! Great lesson Sensei. !! Thanks.

    Just be sure to learn CPR along with all this, you'll need it to revive your attacker. It's the right thing to do...

    And always keep a hundred dollars in your pocket. If any of these defenses don't work, throw the 100 off to the side and you'll be able to run away to fight another day!

      Metal springs? I suppose you could. Try it and let me know how it worked.

      @@pasquinilli i ve doind it for quite some time. I must say i m happy with the results so far. Less pain compared to weight lifting , more functionality. My only concern is whether this is wrong and has a different and maybe hazardous impact on the muscles and tendons compared to the rubber bands.

      Just received the band order and looking forward to trying the drills out.
      I did see your age posted as 67 ?.
      If that is true you are in very good shape for even 10 years younger.
