    A liquid level sensor functions as a liquid magnetic float switch or liquid level controller, detecting the level of fluid based on buoyancy. It can be utilized to automate the activation or deactivation of liquid pumps. The magnetic-based liquid level sensor exhibits changes in resistance as the float position varies within the liquid. Currently available liquid level sensors in the market are mechanical devices commonly employed in vehicle liquid tanks or large containers in factories. The project kit comprises a DurianUNO V2.0 board, an ESP8266 device, and a liquid level sensor equipped with a voltage divider. The liquid level sensor's stroke length ranges from 50 to 100 mm. This device is programmed in the C language, with the microcontroller reading the voltage difference of the liquid level sensor and converting it to a 10-bit analog-to-digital signal. The voltage level is then associated with the float's height or the liquid level percentage. This percentage value is transmitted to the cloud and a mobile app via Wi-Fi. Themobile app is designed with widgets that display the liquid level in a gauge and as a time-series percentage.
