This is fine, but for folks who would like to use this in a tatical vest to carry other items, the use of a molle system would also be nice too, instead of how it is currently put together.... Yes, there are certain applications where a tactical vest can be configured to carry civilian based items would be nice.
I've been using this as my everyday carry bag for about two years now. It still hold up well. I did buy the add on water bottle pouch for it. I carry a small stainless steel water bottle with me at all times. The bottle pouch has a single Mollie row on the side that you can strap a flashlight or multi-tool pouch to it. It's been a real nice option.
I only have two complaints about the bag. 1.) The front adjustable strap has a tendency to slip. It's almost like the plastic buckle has no gripping power to hold the strap firmly in place. 2.) The shoulder strap that is attached to the d-rings makes an irritating squeaking noise as you walk along with a heavy load. When I contacted the company about it, they told me not to carry a heavy load in the bag. That kinda sucks, but hey. It's a nice bag anyway. I still pack it out and carry a heavy load in it.
Those mag size inner pockets in the main compartment also work well for carrying your knives. I have a survival knife on one side and a Laplander folding saw on the other. I like that I have easy access to both via the concealed top zipper.
I give this bag a rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars. That's 1 point off for the sliding adjustable front buckle problem, and a half point off for the squeaking shoulder strap under heavy loadouts.

i first saw this AFTER i purchased a utg tactical messenger bag on ebay. i may get a hazard 4 kato later on down the line.

Think to get this one as Range bag. I from germany and it looks good to comply with legal regulations.
I had a 5.11 Range Ready Bag, the only problem is, it is big and bulky and sometimes not easy to carry. And the other problem is, my cat pissed on it :(
