I have a 2018 MT10 and several extras were on the bike from new (comfort seat. rad. guard, fender extender, hand guards & screen). At that time you only made the short hugger, but I'll be ordering the larger hugger. I won't be buying the Gen 2 bike, after a 2 hour test ride, because they spoilt the sound and feel from that magnificent engine. All they have done is given it much more induction noise. Utterly besotted with my MT10. Brilliant bike.
Great job your doing with the MT-10 and I love all the accessories. Being over 6ft a little more wind protection would be nice. Your fly screen is great looking but wish you had some different sizes. (standard is the one you sell, Medium would be 3 inches taller and Large 5 inches taller for those 6'3 and up riders. Of course if you follow the MT-10 forums you will see most go with Zero Gravity, Puig, and the like buy your painted screen looks so good just wish taller. Other then that love everything you do.
Cheers for the feedback! Since we are a distributor of all Puig products, we tend not to develop many "high screens" ourselves as Puig have pretty much had that nailed down for years now! So we always have taller screens available but unfortunately none of them will be painted like ours, as Puig don't really do that. It's something we will keep noted for the future though!
@@pyramidmoto86 Unfortunate :( Would definitely like to see either a complete unit that looks like puig that actually goes over the middle as well or maybe you guys will 3d print something that sits in the middle of it. hint hint ;)

There are some rules to the industrial design. no CEM does paint the hugger, Hugger is a protection to prevent debris. it is not expected to be painted, but in powder coated or matt black. color. also, it is so huge and looks bulky, the size, folds and design need to align with the body styling of the vehicle. not just a contraption that looks out of place. lack of taste if designing fairing parts,
The cowl need to be a derivative or continuation of that style of the fuel tank. that is how it will look OEM and integrated to the bike design, . not just like a plastic piece that don't flow into the body. bad tase in the design
Hi Alf, You've got to use some kind of paintwork protection on these low body parts that are close the the front wheel (we say it in the product descriptions on our website) something like venture shield. Otherwise you are going to damage the paintwork with stones getting fired directly at the part from the front wheel.
why not use/provide black color bolts for everything, the bolts on the belly pan and the foot peg covers really stand out. Other than that the parts really look like the dog's b... :)
Noted! In the past we've not had a huge selection of high quality black bolts to supply with our products. However lately we have started to think more about what colour bolts to include with what products 👌

Wish someone would build on Puigs front wings/spoiler and do something similar but also cover the middle part.

for cowl design check Honda CB1000R black edition. or other OEM cowls. take cues from the manufacturer, design and enhance improve it

Why not make the headlight guard out of clear acrylic material so that is won't decrease the light output

Ice Fluo is unfortunuately not a scheme we decided to do! We do offer an Ice Fluo version of the ermax belly pan though!

make a taller version of the fly screen. so that it is functionally useful not just for looks.
