NF is a goat. I'm not a diehard NF fan but when I am low on quality music, I check him out. Definitely a lyricist. I don't know how he gets overlooked. Listen to all his big hit songs in order to understand everything. It's deep. That whole video is filled with symbolism from his past.

Glad you finally gave NF a try! If you want the full effect from his music you will want to listen to a lot of his earlier work, but at the same time his recent Mixtape release is incredible and hard to pass up. Enjoy!

A buddy of mine had been telling me to listen to NF for the longest time and in April i finally did... listened to his whole discography from start to finish and it left me speechless... couldnt believe what i was missing out on. Hands down one of my new favorite artists and His short films make the songs even better!!!

at the end of the video, him sitting in the cart represents depression and anxiety taking over nate’s mind. that one single white bag, was a metaphor to God giving him a spark of joy, a blessing, to calm him. those dudes that were dressed in white, represented nf’s few blessing that were in his life. there they were, circling his mind. and then Jesus reached out to Nate, and gave him that one blessing that changed nf’s perspective of life. just like if you were to give a homeless person a grocery bag full of food, or living supplies, they would have gotten a sense of hope. so yes, that is what the metaphor was at the end of the video
His lyrics are so amazing and work with eachother for example "OCD Tryna push my buttons I said don't touch it , now y'all done it" , "Clean up my yard get the noose out." To "Hang up my heart let it air out" (with said noose). "The mind is a powerful place and what you feed it can affect you in a powerful way- -" (If you continuously think a certain way and feed your mind those subconscious thoughts it becomes reality.. think about it) if you wake up and think you'll never be great you'll never be great , depression is real fams.

My son loves NF and we just went to see him in Cincinnati in September, my son has seen him before and this was my first time! What a fantastic show, I just put up our concert footage! The beats that dropped live were so great you just felt them and just feeling connected to him! So happy my son introduced me to NF, he’s so relatable to so many and the crowd at our concert in Cincinnati was the best! Now I’am a NF fan too!
