I’d kill for a sequel to Brute Force. Hands down one of my favorite games on the OG Xbox. Also a proper sequel to the 2005 Area 51 with David Duchovny and Marilyn Manson would be nice, instead of that garbage Blacksite: Area 51 “it’s a sequel but it’s not a sequel” we got.
Shadows of The Damned was not only written by Suda51, it was in collaboration with Shinji Mikami (of Resident Evil fame and a legend in his own right). For anyone intetested, it’s getting a remaster releasing in a little over a month.
I’m really holding out hope for sequels to Harvestella and Returnal. I guess they’re new enough that sequels still could happen, but I haven’t heard anything. Both games are incredible.
you missed one B with Alpha Protocol. The devs' 3-B personalities were Bond, Bourne and (Jack) Bauer. So the three approaches to missions and dialogue were suave, stealthy, or brutal.
Legend of The Dragoon should have been the start of a franchise. I made it nearly to the end only to realize I somehow missed the yellow earth dude's upgrade and was more than happy to start it all over again just to play through it another time before ending my time with it.
Youre 110% right that the spying genre is kinda dead nowadays... and any big studio who would do an average quality game would probably be a hit because the market is so empty of these games. And yeah Sekiro should have a sequel. Sekiro got 10 million sales. Elden Ring? 25 million. Dark Soul 3? 6.2 million. Bloodborne (just on PS4) 7.5 million. Seems like a sekiro sequel would make money and a bloodborne remaster for ps5 and pc would probably sell 10+ million easy.

Spec Ops The Line is complete imo. If anything, it needs a prequel of his stay at Vietnam.
I agree with you. But seeing them taking on a new locations seems pretty fun. I love their combat mechanics back then.
