Andy, you should premiere these and participate in the live chats.

Hi Andy: I’m a retired high school Principal and I can tell you that I would have killed to have a teacher/coach like your Dad on my staff! He gets it, and not all people do. Team building is team building no matter the circumstance: classroom, playing field or battlefield, it’s all about relationships and people feeling their value. Well said, Vaughn, well said sir! Thank you for your service in the military and in the field of education.

*Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh, my God. It even has a perfect trim.*

    Mr Stumpf,
You responded to my question about losing your spouse the last time you were with Andy.
Your insight & compassion has floated me through the last 4 months. I come back multiple times a week, multiple times a day on occasion, to listen to your words to me.
I'm still in an awful place, but every day I wake up & fight for one rung on the ladder out of this hell hole. Every day is a tiny bit better than yesterday.
My kids are coping well I think. There's lots of counseling going on at our house right now. I'm so proud of them.
Thank you, sir. You will never know the depths of my gratitude for sharing your wisdom with me.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for answering the rugby questions. It really meant a lot to hear his take on it. I really have the world of respect for you and your father. When you read my question I almost cried, out of joy, or just seeing that it was noticed. Your discussions and honesty has been extremely valued and helped me through a lot of my own problems. Thank you very much for doing what you do, thank you for sharing your father and his world of wisdom and knowledge.

Rugby is a great part of my life and to hear you Dad was a loose forward made this interview even better. Some of my closest friends now days are people I played with - when you learn to trust people and it is returned on the field - it goes beyond the game time you shared. It taught me to trust, know when you need to lead and rely on the greater team to meet the challenge that is in front of you. Thumbs up from Australia!!

Hi Andy, if you would like me to stop the time stamps, say something about it in the next video/comment response to me or comment under his video to let me know. I will, no problem. The reason I say that is because my comment keeps getting removed today, and if that's you doing it, I don't want to keep posting it again against your wishes. It could also just be my comment getting flagged by youtube for whatever reason, not sure. I know Michael Nyugen said he had trouble like this sometimes with the comment being removed due to youtube's algorithm so that could be it too. I'll post it one more time, if that gets removed then I won't post it again for this video.
    0:00- ten thousand CC shorts
    1:50- Christensen Arms
    2:50- Start
3:00- thoughts on afghanistan withdrawal and vietnam comparisons

33:10- wanting to give up on a student you're teaching
    37:00- Mentorship

45:40- what is one thing every man should know how to do?
49:10- "frightens the dickens out of me"- I am stealing this, it is now my new favorite phrase. thanks mr Stumpf. Lol

"grow the fuck up" is exactly my sentiment. As much as a US exit at some point from the theater was a certainty, so was the competition between the afghan gov't and taliban to fill the power vacuum. Everyone who participated in that conflict should have been conscious of this. The two major causes as to why the taliban was able to take over and hold territory as quickly as it did is as follows: 1) The US, and its coalition allies, failed to continue meaningful logistical, intelligence, and air support to the ANA in order to resist the taliban (E.g. abandoning Bagram); and 2) The US provided substantive material aid directly to the taliban by failing to remove weapons, equipment, and munitions before completely winding down operations. The taliban merely exploited these two obvious conditions to take back control of the entire country. The abortion that is taking place now is merely the consequences of the ineptitude of the US DoD, the white house, and Coalition Allies. At least the Brits have enough brass and fortitude to leave the wire at KA to collect their people.

Love these episodes. Not saying this for self pity, my father killed himself when I was ten years old (now 55), and I’ve missed him every single day of my life. When watching the father son vibe I get tears in my eyes because I have fantasised throughout my life how great it would be to have a father and be adult with my dad. It’s a hole in my soul. Nevertheless, watching today’s episode fills the hole in my soul just a little. Father and son is a precious gift.
