Does not meet performance requirements of CPS-001-014.01 Companion Animal Safety Harness Restraint System Standard.
IMMI PetBuckle - Large: Exhibited a consistent failure of the stitching of the connection point. Failure of both sizes (under 20 lbs. and over 20 lbs.) met CPS Catastrophic Failure Definition. Manufacturer opted out of test attendance.
