    Hehehe great video. Felix is perfect as always🎉🎉🎉🎉
    If I can say my thoughts:
    1. I knew about the first one (bulova) because I watch your channel (backwards 😂😂) 🎉🎉
    2. Also knew about the second one but always have thought that it was about simetry and visual balance (IIII - VIII) also, small remark on this one:king louis xiv was not the last king, it was louis xvi
    3. I knew about the third one also (Did I find out because I ve watched your channel?😂😂 I am not sure)
    4. I ve thought its about winding (there is a story, I dont know, if it is true, that in the modern times, the mafia guys always wore watches on the right wrist because they didnt want their watch to be stollen when they drove their car - because their arm was always on the ledge of the car window)
    5. unfortunately - this one was/is very misleading and not fair😢 it should be 100% made in Switzerland😅
    All in all, nice work guys 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

      Haha, I've never heard of that mafia story, but sounds kind of logical. I hope that the quality of the videos does not decrease because you watch them backwards 😂.

    Refreshing to see a watch video without all the music and glossy editing. Smooth, classic and classy production. Just like the watches you talk about. Good work mate. Keep it up 👍

    Excellent video all around, but #5 the explanation of Swiss Made was my favorite. I hope you will make more like this explaining the background of horological traits.

    I have another question for you. The rotor of some watches is moving smoothly, while it id moving “like a robot” on other watches. Why is this?

    • @GoldammerVintageWatches
      @GoldammerVintageWatches  2 года назад

      Hey there, which movements are you talking about exactly?I’m not a watchmaker but there can be many reasons. Maybe some oil is missing from the rotor, or the rotor is bent. If it feature a ball bearing system- there could be problems with the balls. There is always a reason why the rotor is not freely moving. It's quite possible that it could just be loose and needs the screw tightened. If other than that, you can't find any screws loose or any apparent reason why it's not running smooth. I would suggest you let a watchmaker take a look at it.
