I saved this video a year ago but never went back to it until today. I'm a stay at home mom and recently have been feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything that's going on in the world. I think that's what's contributing to my mind spacing out when I should be doing things with my little girl. Thank you for this video it definitely gave me the boost I needed to get back to our pre-covid19 routine!
