Love the suggestion about finishing in the "selfie" position! I never thought about that way to describe it, but I think it's very helpful and will bring it up in my coaching. Thanks guys! 🩵🏓

hi coach, I have a problem where I cannot hold my forehand topspin shots for long during training due to me gripping the paddle for too long and it fatigues my fist and arm. How can I improve this?

Take a look at our video on how to hold the bat: ruclips.net/video/XqChkbRIp2Y/видео.htmlsi=G9RU2boIBY0TTJAC
In that video we talk about how to hold the bat not too tight with a relaxed grip. I think that should help.
