- Many songs from the Tamil Films have been ignored periodically for reasons best known to no one. Especially, never or rarely attempted in any reality shows, stage shows or competitions. When the nation is on a Quarantine, Subhasree Thanikachalam launches this new series.This series will feature a set of some classic songs that are rarely heard, rarely performed, mainly between the period 1945 - 1992, and she will also try and give some trivia for the songs.The songs will all be performed by young singers who came out of her shows, which mainly focused on old songs. Re programmed and arranged by musicians.

Beautiful songs of the 70s!👌 Appreciations for brining the almost forgotten melody to life again! Upon first hearing when the song came out, I thought it was a MSV composition. Later understood it was Illayaraja's, who had just entered the scene. Couldn't stop wondering the maturity in composition for an youngster like him! Thanks again to QFR for recreating the song to treat fans like us!🙏🙏

Maam, wow this is one of the best rendition has been ever produced after many years of this title song (Naa Pesa Vanthen) was sang by SPB and importantly the song reminded us how our legendary SP Balasubramanyam Sir could modulate his voice for low pitch singing style with Madam Janaki melting us by serene and affectionate voice that was so melodious. Amazingly, the current generationsingers rendered the song with complete near perfection as its original, while the musicians tuned the music with good combination of resonating sound of carnatic, waltz and slight touch of soul R & B kind of music. Well our tamil musicians proudly had the touch of western music standards even way back in early 70's and till today those evergreen old tamil songs still create splendid reminisce to our mind, what more the ecstasy, including keeping all of us to miss our beloved SP Balasubramanyam Sir, forever.
