But everytime she did it I just had to smile under her intense stare and that always was enough for her to prove my guiltyness and it drove me nuts. What a soft smooth voice she had.. poor kid it boggles my mind how someone can take a life.. she had no idea I’m so sorry for her and her family.. God has her now❤
Just like they have a SA offender registry, they need to have a stalker registry. Sadly, in this particular case, it wouldn’t have saved Jackie’s life, but I believe it could save others. I’m shocked by the level of violence in this crime. My heart goes out to Jackie, her family, friends and community.
Omfg I totally agree with you. There needs to be a stalker registry!!!! I totally have never considered this as an option… you are so right! All stalkers have bad intentions whether they act on them or not. If you are able to stalk another human being you should be taken note of, the same way if you are able to sexually violate another human being you should be taken note of. I hope in the next ten years they’ll make a stalker registry!!
I've never thought of a stalker registry. That's a fantastic idea!! I do wonder if this monster was in jail for stalking, if this poor woman would be alive. It's so sick that you have sooo many people in prisons and jails for petty crimes. Meanwhile, you have someone like this out on the streets. Because, "Oh, the jails are too crowded." Sickening. If anyone is reading this, look up the case of the poor woman, Krystal Evans, who was just gunned down in a court parking lot, after her ex husband was found guilty of charges of stalking her. The judge said whatever, he can turn himself in Monday, and he took Krystal's life moments after, outside of the court house. She told the judge he was going to take her life. And he did. Things are never going to change.

So sad. He was shopping for a victim. He chose her. 😢 Girls, be careful of the overly friendly stranger. 🤔Call a cab, do not get in the car with some guy you do not know!
Call a cab but don't get in a car with some guy you do not know? Unless you know who that cab driver is, you are doing exactly what you are not suppose to do. Cab drivers has been known to be serial killers, a profession that allows them easy access to victims.
A big part too is that when people think of a creepy killer they think of a creepy looking guy ... It's human nature that people are more trusting of more attractive people so him being a good looking guy made it easy for him to draw in his victim. You don't picture this guy when you think of what they found on his computer ... definitely a scary world for women and they've gotta stay alert out there and really vet guys before going home with them nowadays.
The scarier part is that most people don't have guilt or remorse, they just aren't interested in murder, so they don't murder, doesn't mean they won't lie about you at work so you lose your livelihood just for a laugh.
They do seem normal. I met someone and talked for just a few minutes, I quickly realised most of what he was saying was bs, trying to make out he was something else, you know, make himself seem as if he's gods gift to women, that sort. A few weeks later he was front page news, he had killed an elderly man and three women. I didn't like him, but would never have thought he had done such things.
They always seem normal because they are 1. humans and 2. they know if they act crazy or psycho then no girl is gonna talk with them and especially leave a bar with them, so this is all an act, but yes their thoughts are evil and they are monsters wearing a mask

That ranger was a master of psychology. "If you are a psycho killer and you dream about this stuff all the time, you should probably just shut up now". He's already detected that the guy wants to be seen as a good guy who doesn't know what happened, by saying that he puts him in the position of looking like he's admitting guilt and that he's a psychopath killer if he refuses to talk, while also appearing sympathetic to him. It doesn't have to always work to be a skillful piece of manipulation.
He doesn't seem at all upset that he murdered a stranger in a blackout. That's paychopathic enough to put him away as far as I'm concerned, even if he actually doesn't remember. Which he most definitely does.

15 years back, my GF at the time was in Denton for school. I went up to visit her at TWU and I drove to a Walgreens to pick up some cold meds. My truck was making a noise from under it so I crawled under the side to look under there and see if I could find the source of the noise. In less than 5 minutes, there were 5 police cars around me questioning me on what I was doing there and under a vehicle. They kept me there with the questions until they spoke to my GF and verified I was telling the truth. Denton cops don't play around.
I had a grinder in my back seat and campus police came to my dorm at 7 am, knocked on my door and told me that my windows were down (it was raining). They waited for me until I left and had two DPD cops at my car along with the two that were with me and as soon as I opened my door they asked to search it and I got a paraphernalia charge for it -_-. It was my freshman year lol. I hate DPD.

@@hardwired8084so they say. It's certainly a hot topic. Feel like nurture is the main thing regardless of nature though, there are plenty of functioning and productive psychopaths in society, they tend to do well in business actually. I don't understand criminals like this guy...he spends hours with a woman at different bars that have cameras and buys a shovel and gas from businesses that have cameras but somehow believes he won't be caught when she is found dead...
They aren’t rational people. The crime isn’t planned or thought out but is instead driven by pure impulse. They have no self control and can’t think of anything immediately beyond harming the victim. People often think sociopaths are smart. But most are actually low iq and poor impulse control. They just do whatever nonsense comes to mind in the moment which is why many end up in prison.
this is a type of true crime documentary that's no fluff and all business. i do appreciate this type of straightforward and solid type of reporting. if you can only pass this style to other film makers.
IM SO SO SICK OF HOW OUR COURT SYSTEM HANDLES STALKINF CASES!!!! I’m a true crime fanatic, have been watching true crime cases since I was very little, and there’s a good 50% of these cases were the perpetrator has been caught stalking or following someone before they start killing victims. I don’t understand why stalking isn’t considered a precursor to more serious offenses!!! The fact that there’s no real sentencing for stalking is insane to me. How could someone be following someone else, tracking their every move, obsessively watching and prowling, and that not be a serious criminal offense worthy of at least a couple years? That doesn’t make any sense to me. Almost all people who kill with a plan and a purpose, from what I’ve seen, plot and stalk and wait until they find the right time to strike. This man should’ve been jailed for stalking his ex. He should not have been left to roam the streets. This poor poor fucking girl man!!! And was anyone else absolutely infuriated by how he kept laughing during the interrogation, saying “I don’t know how I could do that”??? He knows he’s going to jail either way. They have all the evidence they need. Why not try to have even a modicum of decency and come clean?? To deny it and laugh about it… my blood was boiling!!!! i hope he pays for what he did. she was so young and did not deserve to die like this 💔
It's a fair point, but there are many professions where stalking is what you do. Background checks for starters. Then there is every corporate security department in America. Then you've got your private detectives, law firms, police detectives, all federal law enforcement, every single reporter, including self appointed internet reporters. You aren't wrong though, criminal stalking usually leads to much more serious crime.
because it doesnt differentiate between real stalking and say, cyberstalking. it is just another made up charge to get money from people, so why would they care anything past that? and how would they know, when every single case is faultily proceeded based on the defendant being as guilty as possible no matter what and their job is to prove hes guilty without a doubt, so there is really no chance of 'lesser' crime or 'not as serious' everyone is guilty of the same crime (granted violent cases give time based on how bad someone got hurt, usually). that being said there is no differentiation between serious cases and lesser cases, of say, cyberstalking, which both constitute the same law, the person thinks they are in danger, etc, but does not do anything in the case of the killer, who is proceeded through the court in the same manner as someone who say, wrote a mean facebook message.
Nice try Detective Dan. Do you have any idea how common restraining orders are? 99.99% of people who have restraining orders put on them are not crazy serial killers. 50% of true crime episodes is not 50% of violent criminal cases. These are are just the episodes that are most interesting which is why they seem so common. Leave detective work to the professionals.
It may help you to understand than the female psychopaths play the victim and file fake restraining orders and stalking reports. One county said that false accusations towards males from females was 50% of there cases. Thankfully none of these fake accusations stuck on me and I had 150k to burn in the injustice system to fight the bs. Most guys don’t. And end up in jail or charged . Sick world

I’m shocked by the level of violence in this crime. My heart goes out to Jackie, her family, friends and community.
Omfg I totally agree with you. There needs to be a stalker registry!!!! I totally have never considered this as an option… you are so right! I’m always amazed at how normal murders seem in person . That’s the scariest part. They are monsters inside with no sense of guilt or remorse.
Or how normal they act when being questioned! 😮 Idk how the hell they can be so calm knowing they took a life right before
The scarier part is that most people don't have guilt or remorse, they just aren't interested in murder, so they don't murder, doesn't mean they won't lie about you at work so you lose your livelihood just for a laugh.

Imagine having to be a detective and having to caress a creeps ego, just to get him to confess.

You need to get a healthier , more life-affirming past time
because it doesnt differentiate between real stalking and say, cyberstalking. it is just another made up charge to get money from people, so why would they care anything past that? and how would they know, when every single case is faultily proceeded based on the defendant being as guilty as possible no matter what and their job is to prove hes guilty without a doubt, so there is really no chance of 'lesser' crime or 'not as serious' everyone is guilty of the same crime (granted violent cases give time based on how bad someone got hurt, usually). that being said there is no differentiation between serious cases and lesser cases, of say, cyberstalking, which both constitute the same law, the person thinks they are in danger, etc, but does not do anything in the case of the killer, who is proceeded through the court in the same manner as someone who say, wrote a mean facebook message.
Leave detective work to the professionals.

we snuck into a golfcourse and dug a hole for my friends rabbit at 3am one time. my friends grandma owned the golf course, we were teens though and the thought that someone would think we were up to something nefarious never crossed my mind
We threw my grandma in a dumpster behind Taco Bell. (She loved TB…)

@@mg4468I tell my son to dump me in a ditch to save money but I like the Taco Bell idea better... Nachos Bell Grande 😛

Get their number and call them later, when you are safe.

Someone buying a shovel at 4 am… if I was an employee at the store I would definitely have thought twice about that… and it’s so nice when these killers create an open and shut case for detectives. So sad this woman had to go through this. 😢
Love this channel, so thorough and respectful. My heart breaks for Jackie and her family 😢
He cannot look the detectives in the eye…..the sign of a psychopath
So weird how guys think that disrespecting and ignoring your requests proving they only care about their desires, is a valid way to go about getting a woman back.🙄
