The recording is allegedly Milstein playing his arrangement/transcription of Liszt' "Mephisto Waltz". Unfortunately the score is not 100% accurate to what he is playing.

If the score isn't 100% accurate to the day's recording, then it has to be Milstein 😂
I have heard this on another video. And they confirmed it was Milstein playing this live at the age of 79!!! Talk about freak of nature!
