As women some of us have a painful menstrual cycle and I happen to be one of them. Luckily this time it was on a weekend and my husband was home. It was so nice to see him put extra efforts to help me in every possible way. He lifts up my mood even on such painful days. Here's sharing some of my personal experience with you.

Hi sir very happy to see you how you care yr wife at periods time, sir you are a doctor will can understand her situation but in our home no one understands me what to do? I am 36years an i have a 7yrs son before he born i got miss carry in 2nd month and after that I lost a girl baby in 8th month pregnancy. Now I have a son but the said thing is at my periods time I get very tired and lot of back pain but I should only do everything at home no one will help me. Not everyone a single cup of coffee 😥😥😥😥 sorry for sharing all this with you. Take care of your wife sir. 👍
