Am I making your mouth water yet? Oh yes you sure are queen. 😊❤️ can I come over? Your family is lucky. You’re adorable. Family dinner time is sooo important! I’m looking forward to more videos!
Thank you so much! More recipes and online video course coming soon! You can follow along on my Instagram or TikTok for daily post - @ Antoinettesitaliankitchen
I'm loving your videos Antoinette. I'm 3rd generation also, Sicilian and Calabrese. Keeping our family traditions through our food is so important! My sister and I make the Sicilian fig cookies cucidati, St. Joseph's macaroni and so much more. And I love your cookware! BTW, are you fellow Jersey girl? 🇮🇹
Can I make in advance and freeze or would it be better to make and serve the same day? My family is so excited I’m making your recipes. Sunday Sauce was absolutely amazing! ❤
Is there a reason it’s a different lasagna at the end of the video? Lol It’s not the pan you put in the oven. Also, just curious, I thought true Italian lasagna was made with a béchamel sauce. Is that maybe a different region of Italy that does that?
Thanks for your comment! I've been working closely with the RUclips algorithm to boost my post, and it seems like it's paying off. So, here's a special joke just for you: "Why did the linguist watch my cooking show? To learn the proper way to pronounce 'ingredientses' of course!" Thanks for the laugh and algorithm boost. Double win! 💕📈
Please don't be grossed out, you can use the same spoon for meat only, but not for chicken. All goes together sauce and meat , been doing this for a lifetime, And yes the word ingredients is a catchy word, glad it caught your attention.. love this recipe and love your life, families embrace this especially during the holidays.. BUON APPETITE!!
@@antoinetteskitchen The recipe listing does not include eggs….but you did add eggs to the cheese….was this a misprint? I have stopped adding eggs and my lasagne cuts much better and doesn’t “slide” around.
@@trishgiordano2551 Yes, I do add eggs, but the trick is do not stir the ricotta too much , it becomes too creamy and yes will slide around. The eggs keep the filling very light and fluffy.. I hope this helps you to decide what you want to do.. ENJOY!
@@VecchioMs Thank you for your comment! This was a typo and I just made a coupe other adjustments to the recipe in the video description so its more clear. Its 350! covered 25 min and uncovered for 35 min. Hope that helps! Thanks

I make mine very similarly, but really like your tip on adding a little sauce into the ricotta mixture. I’ll try it next time.

How many eggs are needed for the 32oz ricotta listed in recipe? Thank you in advance.
2 large eggs. Thank you, I will update the post so it reflects this!
I can’t find the ingredients
Please click the on the video description. The recipe is listed! Thanks! ❤️ Enjoy
The singular of "ingredient" is that. The plural is "ingredients." What are "ingredientses?"

She used the same spoon for the raw meat and the sauce, that grossed me out. The word is ingredients, not ingredients's.

Your printed recipe calls for 200', then 350'? Covered as well? You didn't do that? What's the correct cooking please?
