Those new bayou arms are really solid, I got one for $20 on amazon and it's been holding an old 40" tv and a 1kg adapter plate for the last year, adjusting 2ft in each direction to swing it into a racing sim, no issues at all.
FYI... The monitor arms of that brand are really good for the price ... I own those for a 28" and they are incredible... Also my tv ... 50" .. is also mounted on one arm of the bran .. very good ... easy recomend
