I guess since I'm only 5 or so mins in maybe Im missing something, but a dog that big has the means to kill someone pretty easily. So far the cop drew his gun when the dog came at him and not a moment before. The first cop on scene was already anxious about the dog and advised the guy to get him under control and the owner didn't heed. Second guy comes out, backing up, warning, telling the guy he needs to get him together so he doesn't get shot. Finally, the dog calms down for all of a second and the owner doesn't take the opportunity to put the dog out of the situation. Fortunately- the officer changes out his gun for a taser in case he comes again. Then he did- showing threatening body language with both officers. When the woman says 'It could have killed you too' it really. Really. Could have. I get that the guy is upset his dog got zapped. Certainly sucks. But these officers had every reason to believe their lives were in danger. Dogs only doing his best to do what he thinks is right and there's nothing the dog did that was wrong. but the dude shoulda put the dog in the house or something because self defense is a completely valid to gun down man's best friend if he's doing what this dog did.
@@stardustorchard9316 how was he supposed to take his dog in the house with the officers dragging him to the car. They talk out of both sides of their damn mouths so even if you do what they say they will have "grounds to arrest" which is just bs.
Agreed, but add in the owners. Going from "that dog is barking" to "IM GONNA SHOOT YOUR DOG AND KILL HIM IN FRONT OF YOU IF YOU DONT TELEPATHICALLY COMMUNICATE WITH HIM AND TELL HIM THE PEOPLE THREATENING YOU ARENT THREATENING YOU" is just another example of police power tripping.
German shepherds are loyal to their owners. Champ had no clue who the officers were just that his owner was in trouble and needed him. The whole thing could of been handled better. What a mess.
@@2ManyNamesTaken Big ol' Thin Blue Line supporter here.. previous police dispatcher, son to a retired cop, and ex-paramedic. The only completely innocent here is the dog. Hindsight being 20/20, there are a lot of teachable moments here. Did the LEOs do a good job? Yes and no. Could it have been handled better? Oh yeah. Will the "911 abuse" charges stick? Doubtful. Any reasonable person could understand being in her situation: she didn't feel as if these LEOs were handling it correctly so she felt threatened enough to call 911 back and ask for more help. Charging her for 911 abuse is unjustified. Like when a LEO shoots someone who isn't armed, but is not criminally charged or even disciplined when the circumstances constitute the perception of potential great bodily harm. About 15 years ago, a LEO pulled over a man who was getting out of his car at a convenience store. The man was in the process of getting out of his car when the LEOs lights were activated. The man stopped moving. The LEO asked the man for his ID. The man reached into the car to get his ID very quickly. The trooper, fearing for his life, drew his gun and shot the man. As soon as it happened, the man fell to the ground with his ID card in his hand. I don't recall if the man died and I think the LEO was suspended but my point is, a reasonable person would feel threatened by the man's actions. Was the LEO wrong? Yes. Was he justified in shooting? That's not for me to say. Do I feel sorry for the man who was shot? Absolutely, he was innocent. In fact, he was simply complying with the LEOs request for ID. My point here is, the LEOs here handled this very poorly. Reasonable people would probably say the same thing. Hopefully they use these videos for debriefing and teachable moments.

You’re right! It’s bullshit! They arrested her because they were mad and not getting their way. She had not broken any law. And if someone feels the officers there are not doing their job correctly, they have every right to call 911.
he's trying to say SHE came out of the door aggressively?! Wow because it's plain as day that she opened the door a Crack, he grabbed her arm, and pulled her out of the door so fast I literally had to rewatch it.
Them telling her she committed "911 abuse" has to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. They showed up and started attacking people and shooting dogs, who wouldn't call 911 in that situation?

@@2ManyNamesTaken Doing their jobs?!🤣 They made the situation a million times worse in moments. I don't hate cops, I have a great amount of respect for first responders but not psycho cops like this...this is like call 911 for a medical emergency and the paramedics show up and start stabbing people.
Not to mention the clear gaslighting he did towards her. Asking if she's mentally unwell for crying for the dog and chasing it. As well asking if she went to be admitted to a hospital.
Man, this video makes it crystal clear what happens when people fail to properly communicate. Apparently nothing happened but both ended up in jail and a dog almost got killed.
I grew up with alcoholics, they're pathetic people. often times they don't mature mentally far past the age of about 20. notice how the guy just blames the police instead of telling them he was piss tank wasted and couldn't even be bothered to put the dog on a leash. Those cops had every right to shoot the dog when it was snapping at the officer and they didn't and the guy says they were gonna kill champ... no they could have easily done that if they wanted. There are some incidents where cops just shoot the dog and it infuriates me, this was by far not one of those incidents, good work officers
Police should be experienced enough to know you can't argue and/or converse with people who have been drinking. Everyone knows that. This didn't need to blow up like this, yelling and tasing the dog WILL NOT MAKE HIM STOP FREAKING OUT. Duh. Bad cops.
@@catserver8577 I disagree that these are bad cops. Yes, they made some mistakes and could have handled it better, but the responsibility for everything going wrong ultimately falls on Willie and the woman. Drunkenness is not an excuse, and cops still need to attempt to communicate with drunk people no matter how difficult that may be.
They have absolutely no qualms trampling over them whether you know them or not. Do you have a year's salary or so set aside that you can afford to hand over to a lawyer? No? Then you effectively HAVE no rights.
Alongside everything else annoying in this situation, it's so annoying that the one cop kept asking Willie what his relationship was with Jessica OVER AND OVER. The cop didn't believe that they were friends for some reason. "Is she your girlfriend?" "No she's my friend." "...So do you all date?" 💀
Under literally any circumstance under the sun I would comply and shut the hell up when told if the police demanded it, but I'm not going to lie, if my animal became involved (say, tased and running loose in the neighborhood), I'd lose my shit and my only focus would be getting my animal back. I'd take charges up the ass as long as I got my animal back. Weird how our pets can do that to us lol.
Pets are our children/siblings if you think about it. Not in a blood related sense obviously, but in found-family way. We care so much about them and in return they love us unconditionally. Of course we would be willing to kill for them. Because that, sir, is my baby >:(
Then teach yur baby not to just run out the house after people and this cant happen :). Dont blame the officer for a man who cant control his pets. What if it was a kid that dog charged at and bit? Yall need to remember that these animals can and will kill if given the opportunity, unless trained to not.

I purchased a German Shepherd for my sick mother about 5 years ago. His name was Gus. Gustavo (Gus) belonged to a retired police K9 detective who was in the process of teaching him how to locate illegal drugs and at 11 weeks old, he was a prodigy. The detective had received a bad cancer diagnosis and had to re-home Gus. On the first walk, I couldn't figure out why Gus would sniff my neighbor's car and sit down, and wouldn't move. Turned out, one day I asked my neighbor and she smoked a LOT of pot. That answered that. I sent Gus off to training. Mom was a VERY brittle diabetic who had to have her pancreas removed. She was terrible at monitoring so Gus was to become her service animal. The trainers said they'd never seen a dog as smart as Gus and I never really believed he could be very much help until she had a problem. The same place that trained Gus to be a diabetic alert dog trained State Police dogs too. They took it upon themselves to teach him how to protect mom and taught him a few things such as patrolling the perimeter of the house every time he went outside, he would always stand between her and a stranger, and he would physically stop her from getting too close to people he didn't trust. One day a man got too close to my mom and Gus pulled mom to the ground and got on top of her as he was barking and growling at the man. One night about two years ago or so, Gus went nuts. He could lick her skin and knew immediately if something was wrong. It was a particularly bad night and he started barking and crying, running and scratching. I got up to see and he immediately got behind me & started pushing me towards her. I had been a paramedic for about 10 years and mom was getting worse so I moved her in with me. Well, that night, mom was in bad shape. Any diabetic could tell you that when the glucometer reads LOW, it means you're close to death. I was able to get her sugar up again but I still had to call 911 for an ambulance. While I was with mom, Gus went to meet the fire department at the door. I gave him his command and he led them to us. What Gus did next was make certain the FD got to us, then he went to the corner and sat. He DID NOT MOVE even as they were physically touching my mom. He watched! Oh he watched them, but he knew the difference between 'help' and 'threat.' My point is this: a German shepherd is a very smart breed. Had this man bothered training his dog, the moment he was given the command to stand down, he would have. Gus was trained to be comfortable around uniformed people and I get it that Champ's owner may not have been able to afford THAT level of training, but some simple desist training could have avoided all that. Yesterday marked 8 months since mom died. I miss her so much, she was only 60. It nearly killed Gus too, because he was so heartbroken and didn't have anything to do anymore. He was trained so well that I kind of felt like I was being selfish for keeping him when SO MANY people can't afford to go that avenue. So I found a lady who was very much in need of a service animal. I asked if she wanted Gus, she said absolutely but she couldn't afford him. So I gave him to her for free. Mom would have wanted that. RIP mom, miss you like crazy!!
So sorry for the loss of mom, I know exactly how you feel. It's been 37 yrs for me but it's still like yesterday. It'll take some time for the hurt to subside. You'll be ok and mom will make sure of it. Gus sounds like a very, very good dog and I'm sure your mom is saying you did the right thing by Gus.🐕🦺
I don't think this is fair to champ. Champ had no problem with the first officer, it was only the second officer. Maybe champ knew something that the rest of us don't.
People go crazy all the time, but the dog was protecting its owner and didn’t know who the police were and I’m glad that he wasn’t put down and he lived another few years
This happened SIX YEARS AGO!!!! .... I watch this and have strong emotions... I was getting super heated about the way these cops were acting towards Jessica for trying to make sure the dog was okay... I guess they're holier than thou...
What kind of dog owner was he for letting the dog go after the cops and expecting the cops to run away? The owner is mainly at fault for this. Blame the department for not telling these officers about not using pepper spray on aggressive dogs.
The officers messed up almost as bad as the owner in this one. Owner wouldn't follow instructions regarding the dog, which the officers had every right to expect. The officers failed to deescalate the situation and were combative right from the start, talking a tense situation and continuously making it worse. Everybody failed except the dog.
This is pissing me off. How them cops expect this guy to act when dudes dog just got away and the cops don't care. Of coarse hes worried about his dog. They're full of shit.
Yeah, it’s called pining. Animals share a bond with their owners, especially when you have them as babies! When I went away for school, my dog, that I wasn’t allowed to take obviously, had every other member of my family around her, but she was so attached to me - - she lost so much weight that she looked like just bones when I got back. But as soon as I was home, she was back to being healthy in no time! Parrots, dogs, cats, rats, all kinds of animals bond to their owners! It’s so sad for Champ. 😢 🐕
Your right. When I had to put my pitbull in a doggy day care for a night, she refused to eat even with the gravy and just sat in the crate shaking. The women working there let her hang out with them because they felt so bad for her. I had her since she was 7 weeks old and she was with me at all times as I'm disabled. Dogs really are our best buds and they feel abandoned if we leave them. I feel for the dogs people have to give up as they lose their family and it's heartbreaking.
Why would the dog attempt to run away, for number one, and number two, what kind of good dog owner would let the dog go after the cop? I hope your dog can sense the danger in you if you actually believe in your silliness.

You cant just let your dog run loose going aggro on random people near your house. From the sounds of it they were reunited for a few years but the dog ended up dying due to separation stress only a few years later. Made me cry like a baby when I heard that. Skip to 29:30.
I would have been so angry if they put Champ down. I have a German Shepherd/Husky mix and they are very protective. I put my dog away when I expect any strangers to come to the house. How that woman didn't do this when she called the police is beyond me. I have sympathy for what LE has to deal with every day. There is a reason so many departments can't find people to join anymore. They have a thankless, dangerous, low-paying job and are expected to be superhuman in behavior. For all of that, they are hated by many, mostly people who would like to break the law without consequences. I would like to see how the people constantly criticizing them would deal with the sh*t LE have to every day.
This dog was snapping. Not just barking. A dog that size, who is not adequately controlled by verbal commands, should never have been released once the man got the dogs collar. Which he did at one point. You get the dogs collar, you haul ass to get the dog inside which the cops wanted, and likely would've gladly had the guys arm to get the dog handed off to the girl. If not, don't let go of the dogs collar. It's that simple. If you have a German shepherd, that is charging a new officer arriving on the scene like that, who hasn't acted in any aggressive way whatsoever yet, snapping rather than simply barking, shows that this dog has extreme reactivity, as the dog calmed down around the officers previously there. Also, the dog shows alert behavior, not fearful behavior, when it's sniffing the bushes around the officers. Fear is not the only reason for it's behavior. And neither is protection. If anyone other than a cop had a shepherd that size and with those behaviors charge them, the comments wouldn't be saying naw don't stop the dog however you need to, it's only because they're cops that people can't seem to empathize that the dog is actively at multiple points snapping like that. Narrowly missing the officer on a couple occasions. A dog like that goes after a child, or another adult, and actually makes contact, the dogs life is over. Done. Gone. Can be court ordered to be put down. It's serious for the dog to have those behaviors and not be controlled by their owner, even if only by voice commands. Doesn't matter that these were officers, a powerful dog like that shouldn't be in the hands of people who cannot control them.
We had an incident here in my town where a dog ran out of a house while a cop was talking to a couple for a domestic disturbance and the cop yelled to control the dog and tried to shoot the dog but accidentally shot and killed the woman instead. Literally in less than a day the DA announced it was an accident and there would be no charges. They took the dog and tested it and said he wasn't aggressive and returned him to the family.
He played for a few years in small independent baseball leagues. It's not like he was a world class, professional athlete, like he claims in the video. By that definition, then, if you played sports in high school or college, you're an athlete for life, just like Willie who played in the late 90s.
This is a very intriguing case we got here. It doesn't take long for things to go south. They definitely should've put the dog away first thing. Although I understand that the cops showed up with the suspect unprepared. Such an unfortunate situation..

@alexaecho4273 And clown emojis really show your level of creativity here. From my first comment; "suspect" refers to the man who was being detained, not the chick. She obviously called on purpose and, considering the fact that they were still arguing at the door when the cops showed up, tells me that they weren't even focused on the police in the first place.
Wow. Messed up situation, entirely. By the video, it looked like: - the dog went berserk once a certain officer showed up and got out of his vehicle - the dog wasn't immediately placed inside the house once it initially attacked the officer, prompting a second attack and tasering - the officer at the door of the house reached inside, forced the door open, and dragged the woman out - the woman wasn't Mirandized before being asked about the situation - the officer questioning the woman gaslighted her about dragging her outside - the guy arrested talked like he was drunk/high, and a raving maniac, when he wasn't asking about his dog So many massive errors made on all sides. This should be a police teaching video for what *not* to do in situations with animals, drunks, removal from premises, and interrogation.
Miranda doesn't apply until she is arrested. If they told her at the beginning of the video that she was arrested, then I missed it. Plus, Miranda doesn't mean they can't ask questions of her, it means she has the right to not answer.
“the dog went berzerk once a certain officer showed up and got out of his vehicle” Deff, bc he was acting just fine with the first officer that was there. Animals can sense so much, seems like he sensed that officers aggressive demeanor and perceived it as a threat to his owner and territory - which would send the dog into protection mode (especially breeds like GS). And from the way that officer proceeded to act the rest of the video, I would say that the dog sensed correctly.
How much more peace would there be in people's lives without alcohol? I completely felt that mans heart at the end, talking about his dog. That was exactly how I felt about my rabbit. At nearly 9 years old, i laid with him as he slowly passed away. As bitter as the moment was, I am truly happy that i was able to fulfill my promise to him, to be there for him during his final moment. I left him along for an hour, and when i came back, he lifted his head, wagged his little tail, then began his his journey across the rainbow bridge.
I’d be worried about my dog too. He’s just being loyal to his owner. It doesn’t help when the women keeps shouting and the police keep threatening to shoot the dog. This situation could have been defused, the police caused chaos!
Ask yourself why the cops are threatening to shoot the dog? Was it for shits and giggles; or maybe because it was charging at them aggressively? I grew up with a VERY protective German Rottweiler who would absolutely growl at anyone coming at me, but he respected me, listened to commands and read body language. This guy had multiple chances to put the dog away, the cops had a right to be there and they have a right to be safe!
I love my dog thats why i don't get piss tank wasted and get into fights with "friends" away from home and can't even be bothered to put him on a leash after cops were aiming guns and tasers at him.
No, women yell cause they don’t want their loved dog or husband or anyone hurt. The cops should be able to work through chaos. If you cannot handle a woman crying or screaming in the background or in your face then you shouldn’t be a cop. Dogs are loyal, the woman was loving, the man was an idiot and the popo too reactive.. everyone played their part😂
They almost always escalate the situation. If the public didn't have such valid reasons to distrust cops, then maybe people wouldn't be so "uncooperative". It's a damn shame, all they do is aggressively repeat themselves even AFTER being answered if they don't hear what they want (like in this case, both said they were only best friends and neither stated they live together, at least on camera, and the cop straight up lies to her saying Willie said something different)
Yea this entire video pisses me off, everyone heres an idiot, that one officer straight up started choking the guy to get him to the ground. 6:40 . Like am i crazy or is this situation just fucked up from the start.
Cops of all people should know how dedicated a dog is to a human "parent"/"friend" relationship I lost my baby boy Guy a few years ago and I still cry.
They DO know that. And they know that that dog could have, given the motivation, bit to KILL them. That's why they had guns and tasers out. They didn't want to shoot the dog (if they did, it would have happened when the dog bit at him). They WANTED the dog out of the scene and gave plenty of warning. They even changed weapons the moment they could to attempt to make the defensive action non lethal

The only victim in this is the dog. A responsible dog owner would have never let the dog get into the situation in the first place and the officers fist thing the should have done is make sure the situation was safe for everyone including the dog so their first thing before anything the dog should have been put into a secure place inside the home....I hope the dog is safe and not with this idiot anymore..i cant believe they tazed that dog 17 times thats a bit much. I worked with a lot of dogs, and many police officer handlers. People have to understand. When there is a call, everyone thinks when the police show up they know everything going on. Most times the caller is in a very distressed situation. They office has to make very quick decisions , I sorry when Champ came running at office he had know idea he was not going bit him. I give the two an A for not shooting and using taser. In there line of work Shepherds, Bit bulls, Doberman Pincher, Rotties and a few others make them dangerous. I know not all for sure ,but some. Every office wants to go home at the end of the day. Also remember this. An this is for everyone. When you dial 911 ,you open a big can of worms. By law they have to come and do a well fair check, epically when you hang up and don't talk. With all my years working with dogs. Not knowing champ. In the 1st few seconds of interaction I would have done the same as these two did.
What is wrong with these cops? I get being alarmed by the dog, but how they handled it after is just a disgrace to their badges. "Your dog is gone." "Are you dating her?" After he already said "We're best friends." 3 or 4 times.
The whole thing was a clown show to say the least on both sides because she made the comment that she never wanted for him to get arrested so why did you call the cops just because the both of you are drunk and can't handle your alcohol and you had a disagreement because you are drunk and he doesn't know what's going on from one minute to the next and she isn't much better and in my experience from what I've always seen happen when the cops are called and one or more people are drunk no matter if you're in your house or not someone ends up going to jail and yes I fully agree that the cops still don't know how to properly handle any situation and they are always ready to go hands on or use deadly force and the way they handled this situation is crazy like normal
How old was Champ? I just cried at the end of it because I went through the exact same thing with my best friend who passed away in October. He was a mix and also a shepherd in him.

He watched! Oh he watched them, but he knew the difference between 'help' and 'threat.'
My point is this: a German shepherd is a very smart breed.
This brought me to tears.. Rip Mom 🙁 and thank you Gus for your service..
So sorry for the loss of mom, I know exactly how you feel. It's been 37 yrs for me but it's still like yesterday. It'll take some time for the hurt to subside.

The dog doesn't get shot, like the intro makes it seem. He was tased, but was fine. The RIP comments are cause later on he apparently died of natural causes long after this all happened. @@shinnstoneer7
The dog was okay, it got tazed only. The state and town tried multiple times including the police and several other people involved tried to get the dog put down, and if I heard correctly a Lawyer saved the dog just hours. From the sounds of it they were reunited for a few years but the dog ended up dying due to separation stress only a few years later.
Made me cry like a baby when I heard that.

THEY DRAGGED HER OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR NO REASON, JUSTICE FOR JESS!!!!!!!
I'm pretty sure that Cop is just choosing to NOT hear Jessica..😆
Man who would think a GS would react negative when confronted with strangers with guns and tasers pointed at it
We had an incident here in my town where a dog ran out of a house while a cop was talking to a couple for a domestic disturbance and the cop yelled to control the dog and tried to shoot the dog but accidentally shot and killed the woman instead. Literally in less than a day the DA announced it was an accident and there would be no charges. They took the dog and tested it and said he wasn't aggressive and returned him to the family.
Not me rolling my eyes at Willy rasping about being an athlete..only for it to be true 👀😮💨
He played for a few years in small independent baseball leagues. It's not like he was a world class, professional athlete, like he claims in the video. By that definition, then, if you played sports in high school or college, you're an athlete for life, just like Willie who played in the late 90s.
Pure cope^
This is a very intriguing case we got here. It doesn't take long for things to go south. They definitely should've put the dog away first thing. Although I understand that the cops showed up with the suspect unprepared. Such an unfortunate situation..
I'm so glad they didn't kill the dog. I have seen in a lot of cases the police in the USA are a bit to *Trigger Happy* .. I don't mean to be rude but if it wasn't for the USA I wouldn't have anything to watch..😊.. from Australia..🦘🇦🇺
Yeah those bloodthirsty us cops are so great!
So the dog owner didn’t see the cops thru the glass door? Lmgaooo do you hear the things you say? Or do you just go about saying the most idiotic things out loud ? 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Something about them calling 911 tells me they weren’t “unprepared” when the cops got there Lmfaoo these children online say the most ignorant things 🤡🤡
Glad this is back up. I was a quarter of the way through when it was pulled
Yea same i was about half through
Same
Why it get pulled?
@@TheCoon1975 no idea
Wow. Messed up situation, entirely. By the video, it looked like:
- the dog went berserk once a certain officer showed up and got out of his vehicle
- the dog wasn't immediately placed inside the house once it initially attacked the officer, prompting a second attack and tasering
- the officer at the door of the house reached inside, forced the door open, and dragged the woman out
- the woman wasn't Mirandized before being asked about the situation
- the officer questioning the woman gaslighted her about dragging her outside
- the guy arrested talked like he was drunk/high, and a raving maniac, when he wasn't asking about his dog
So many massive errors made on all sides.
“the dog went berzerk once a certain officer showed up and got out of his vehicle”
Deff, bc he was acting just fine with the first officer that was there.
Unfortunately the last time we took alcohol away from the states, a lot of other shit happened that was worse.
I’d be worried about my dog too. He’s just being loyal to his owner. It doesn’t help when the women keeps shouting and the police keep threatening to shoot the dog. This situation could have been defused, the police caused chaos!
If he were a decent owner, he would have had the dog under control and command
Cop has every right to protect themselves. I bet you treat your dog better than your own children.
Deescalation should always be the number one goal of law enforcement
They did the opposite in this case.
Cops don’t like deescalation because they want to be the ones in charge, to scare you into submission. Fucking monsters in this case.
Yea this entire video pisses me off, everyone heres an idiot, that one officer straight up started choking the guy to get him to the ground. 6:40 . Like am i crazy or is this situation just fucked up from the start.
Omw to talk a dog out of attacking the cops.
Officers acting like real psychopaths.
Cops of all people should know how dedicated a dog is to a human "parent"/"friend" relationship
I lost my baby boy Guy a few years ago and I still cry.
Sorry for your loss. I lost my husband, brother, mother, daughter in law and 3 small dogs during covid. I don't think I will ever be unbroken. I have a parrot and he has been with me for 43yrs. I hope the lord see fit i die with him.
I held my baby boy and best friend as he took his last breath a month ago nothing is the same without him anymore. I cry every day
Are you saying 3 dogs and 4 family members died FROM Covid, or just during the pandemic?
@@stardustorchard9316If it's non-lethal it's warranted but if not why do they get pissed when their K9s draw blood and get hit by the assailant.
Kind of backwards and hypocritical.
That dog deserved a better owner.
Agree 💯
That guys anger and demeanor is wayy too justified. Wtf is wrong with cops
"Do you know who I am?"
"I don't know who y-"
"I'm WILLIE man..."
RIP Champ, good loyal boy.
He died ?
@@vickingsley537five years later.
I wonder if he passed of old age or If the taser helped speed it along?
Video back online :) Thank you guys for all the Work
Why do all these nobodies say “do you know who I am?” 🙄 Why TF didn’t he take better care of his dog & keep him safe? Poor Champ 🥺
as a big dog owner its beyond me how he couldnt just take the dog by its collar and get him inside the house, its clear that dog isnt trained properly like it should be as a german shepherd, theyre not dogs you just keep as a friendy family dog, it needs serious training. Police warned him multiple times so imo the owners are just idiots who fafo.
Why didn't any of the officers get animal control out there from the get.
The dogs doing what it's supposed to. If the person you want has a dog try and deal with separating the dog from the person first, even start telling them it'll end badly for the dog if they don't
Was holding the dog or putting it away not an option at any point; or was he to busy being belligerent?
@@Lomax81 bro im saying😂😂why are these fools saying the cops hurt the dog….his humans did by not keeping him in the house
Cops definitely need an ego check on this one. 🙄
This made it clear how those specific cops think about civilians, it's my fellow cops vs the public rather than it's my fellow cops and the public
I think she’s acting reasonable for the amount of bs from the untrained officers. I wouldn’t have stopped chasing the dog tbh.
Yeah me either.
More spoiled brats who think they only have to obey lawful orders if they feel like it.
Cops should have never been there in the first place. Literally would have been fine
From what I can see the cops have opened themselves up to a serious law suit.
What is wrong with these cops? I get being alarmed by the dog, but how they handled it after is just a disgrace to their badges. "Your dog is gone." "Are you dating her?" After he already said "We're best friends." 3 or 4 times.
Clown show
ok clown
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
These cops had horrible behavior
It is the owner's responsibility to keep the dog under control. The owner is responsible for the dogs actions, period.
In the dogs perception. His owners were being attacked. He protected them. He did his job. The owners were handcuffed stupid.
Being 'under control' means responding to commands, not being on a leash.
“it could have killed you too” - not making a good case for yourself
"we almost killed that dog 17 times" 😂😂 Officers always lying to make the story work for them... Sad sacks of SHEEEET
How old was Champ? I just cried at the end of it because I went through the exact same thing with my best friend who passed away in October. He was a mix and also a shepherd in him. I'll never going to be the same. I'm the same as this guy, a rugged person with no kids however a level head and I had one best friend in the world.
This interaction was beyond infuriating...
It is ultimately the owners responsibility to ensure the safety of their animals! I am an animal lover BUT if a dog tries to attack me I will absolutely protect myself and my loved ones. It’s not the dog’s fault it’s the owner’s!
Those people have 3 collective brain cells 💀
The guy is too drunk or high on Xanax or something to get control of his dog & nearly got poor Champ killed. His clumsy bumbling around was completely ineffective 🙄 I feel so sorry for Champ. Such idiots for humans. I’d say he’s the parent in that family 🙄🙄🙄
