Outside the tourist areas the stuff is much cheaper even in istanbul. Just get away from the bosphourus and go more west like the malls you will find the food is cheaper.

Ayy thanks for watching really appreciated...🙏🧿 so I usually switch between my phone camera believe it or not and my Sony 6500... it's a light camera to use.. I don't really like carrying around those large stabilizers. Their not convenient. But in future I may get a gopro 10... their really small and versatile.... they also have stabilization built into them.. I am still using turkcell still the best service .... $9 for 25 gigs is a steal lol hope that's helps. And thanks again 👊🏼🙌

Good question. Nothing has changed here in turkey. Turkey has its own domestic issues. But war nearby can cause tensions in the region. The future is definitely uncertain at this point but I'm just speculating ofcourse. Thanks so much for watching really appreciated 🙏

It is possible to survive on that pay... but will be difficult. If you want at least a bit of a comfortable life maybe 8000 TL a month... however I know many Turks that make it go by with just 4500 TL.

Antalya is more expensive than istanbul. Izmir is cheapest of the 3.... but as a non resident it's going to be hard finding cheap rent... try looking on a site called Sahibinden
4500 lira is about 290 Euros...per month? Not worth your time... Better strategy is to work in other country with good pay 6 months a year, save what you can and then 6 months live and enjoy life in Turkey without have to work like a slave.

Your drone should be fine going through airports... no issues there ever. But drive larger than 500g need to be registered. Inhave a mavic pro and its fine to fly in turkey... except inwould never fly around istanbul. Or near military regions which turkey has many of

Exchange £ at airport. buy about 50£ just enough to get you to your accommodation. Then use debit to withdraw lira at atms . You ll get best rate that way. I use HalkBank atms as they charge no commission and neither does my bank back in canada. Hope that helps

In 1970 one dollar was 10 liras, that 22,000,000 liras you just spent on two snacks was $2,200,000 dollars . Today it is $1.50

Ayy thanks for watching... really appreciated. I'm gonna have to disagree with that... the Bosphorus was a river and over the years it became a strait.. was never a sea... it will never become a sea as its geological position. It connects the Black Sea to the Marmara Sea. 😁

Exchange £ at airport. buy about 50£ just enough to get you to your accommodation. Then use debit to withdraw lira at atms . You ll get best rate that way. I use HalkBank atms as they charge no commission and neither does my bank back in canada. Hope that helps
