I went to Colombia last year with someone I don't talk to anymore. The most educated, cleanest, safest city in Colombia. High percentage speak English (given high education), you're highly likely to experience racism because they probably think you're an afro colombian. Bucaramanga has a huge amount of german settlers as well. Best city in Colombia, opposite of Medellin. Nightlife sucks, city has lowest unemployment rate In the country. Passport bros will not like it, nomads should love it.
