@Ashif Shah This is like our achar.You can store as long you want on referegerater .As it ages sourness will be more strong.I make mine every 3-4 months.
It won't work if we store for only 2-3 days?
It has to be stored always in refrigerator after fermented

Purnima ji as I mentioned maile vegetarian banako ho.so I didn't use fish sauce .seasoning banauda fish sauce halna saknuhuncha ,mandatory chai hoina thank you so much.

As I mentioned I made Vegeterian kimchi.you can use if you would like to but it's not mandatory .Kimchi tastes as good even without using it.Thank you for comment & watching.😃
