Hey, the power of prayer is real. I think what your mom meant was don’t tell people because she didn’t want to put that negative energy into the world. She just wanted to keep it between you two because in her mind, if you don’t say it out loud, it’s not true and solidified in the world. But I completely understand sharing your story because I’m big of sharing mine to help other people get through theirs. Great episode.
I agree with your mom, regarding keeping what the doctor said between you and her, because when you share that kinda of information with people they will speak doom and gloom. My sister was pregnant and her doctors gave her a bad report everytime, because her health was not the best and her age, they advised her to abort her baby. They said he was going abnormal. My sister only told me, her husband and our Pastor, we prayed and spoke life over that baby. He was born strong and healthy. When he came out he had his hands up Praising God. He is 25yrs old full of life. You really should choose who you share sensitive information to.
Papa Kyle's prayer story was so touching. This is why the Heavenly Father of the Holy Bible is so important to worship and dedicate our lives to. Not Buddha, not Krishna, not Allah, or any of those other false gods. The Heavenly Father has answered numerous of my prayers and if you dedicate your life to Him, He will answer yours as well. It's also important to teach our kids about the Lord and ensure that they follow the Word of God throughout their life as HE is the ONLY reason that they are here and alive. Some of our kids were diagnosed with certain ailments and diseases from or even before birth. We prayed and God delivered them from those same things the doctor deemed as life-threatening. It's by God's grace that we're all here and if God has ever delivered you from a situation, He deserves your dedication to Him and Him alone. No other gods before Him. Isaiah 45:5 5 I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me, 6 so that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting people may know there is none besides me. I am the LORD, and there is no other.
I like the idea on the plan. For those in corporate, it’s usually a matter of getting a promotion or changing jobs. For me, the goal is once every two years because you give the market time to increase so you can get the raise you need. I started a new job in August of 2022 which was a 33% increase from my former salary. Definitely need a significant increase by August of 2024 so I love this! I would settle for 15 to 20% increase because I have not been in this role as long as I was at my previous one.

My husband started getting cold sores When he was 10 yrs old and still gets them to this day and he is 62 yrs old 🎄 I have a friend from work and she kept getting YEAST INFECTION so the 3rd time the dr looked at her and asked her ARE YOU IN AN OPEN MARRIAGE? She was SHOCKED and said NO I have been married for 24 yrs WHY ?? Well I think you are getting this because someone is doing something!!! And he would not say anything else she immediately called us and we said follow the son of a bitch well she hired a private eye and 5 days later proof that he was CHEATING UNBELIEVABLE…. When our 7 yr old was diagnosed with cancer osteosarcoma (bone cancer) 😭💔and passed away 💔💔 I try to educate people and tell them if your child complains about her or knee hurting and the dr says it’s growing pains tell the dr if it’s growing pains BOTH ARMS OR KNEES SHOULD BE HURTING and always INSIST on a simple X-RAY and if they still don’t Move LIE tell them that you have a relative that had osteosarcoma and they will move FAST unfortunately sometimes you have to lie to get anything done
