COMMANDS!!!!!

wrote a basic 'eval' function (or functions) that interprets qbscript in qbscript (wrote in about a week's time)
only is able to parse static (data) input not involving globals or locals
has struct nesting, variable assignment (no use of them yet)
still need to do arrays, expressions
console is made up of retail key functions which aren't that great for typing 1337 h4x0rz 0xC0d3 z
