WATCH || President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. congratulates Seaman 1st Class Jeffrey Facundo after conferring upon him the Order of Lapu-Lapu with the rank of Kampilan award at the Western Command on Sunday.
Facundo, who is a member of the Naval Special Operations Group (NavSOG), was one of the injured soldiers last June 17 when their rigid hulled inflatable boat was rammed by China Coast Guard while they were conducting resupply mission in Ayungin Shoal.
