The entire album is worth listening to. Songs Feeling Satisfied, Party and. A Man I'll Never Be. All classics.
Back to Boston.....way to go Sillas.....although it would be impossible to duplicate the masterpiece that was their debut album, this is a very worthy follow up

Hey Silas... I was about your age when this album first came out. It's good to see that you appreciate almost as much as I did at the time. One of the best albums of the 70s.
Boston’s 2nd album (“Don’t Look Back”) “only” sold over 7 million copies! Yeah, nowhere near the 17 million their debut album sold…. but still pretty damn good. This thing is worth a listen - you won’t be disappointed!

Bostons biggest hit came in 1986 off of the Third stage Album. The Song is "Amanda." Their first 2 were great but Third stage was the their godsend record.

Debut album. Very first frickin one. Tom Scholz made everything on it except vocals and drums. And I think there’s a song where he co-wrote. One guy did this. Nuts.

I had a Fender amp just like that in the early 80s. Of course, mine had TUBES in the back and a fraction of the volume yours has!
This album is fantastic! Definitely give it a complete listen (and more reactions please--your reactions to this particular band are epic! And that just proves how awesome they are!).
After the album, tear into Third Stage, in my opinion their last really good album. Things started to fall off after that. But you'll love Third Stage too!

I was a mere 20 years old when this came out in '78 and still enjoy it today. Full album? Boston's first album for sure! More importantly... Dire Straits first album is a must! Hell, I've been looking for a reactor to at least dive into it at least one song a month as there isn't a bad song on the album. If I could find one reactor willing to do that, I've been contemplating donating a CD from Amazon. My favorite song on it? 'Wild West End' 😁
He has already done the first album. This one would be a great follow up.

Boston is definitely one of my favorite bands! If I can throw another artist out there, you need to listen to Dan Vasc and his rendition of Amazing Grace. Dan is a metal singer from Brazil. It's not what you would expect, I think you will be blown away!
Listen to every song on this album but if you want a taste of the future jump forward one song to 1994 With the Walk On Medley flawless cut you can find on RUclips. It will change your life!

They have some great guitar work in their songs you will enjoy : Progressive Metal

They do small venue tours in the US and play lots of European Festivals
Great band, if you don't know the story of the lead singer look it up, pretty sad.
While I don't like this 2nd album as much as their 1st, it's worthy. It's a monumental task to follow that 1976 masterpiece. I feel the same way about the War on Drugs 2017 " deeper understanding", compared to their 2021 " don't live here anymore" album. The newer one is worthy, but how do you follow perfection
You play bass? Great instrument been a bass player for 45 years. It's hard to beat their debut album. It's a great try.
