    Thanks for this. I only started with KB’s late Summer this year and learning. If adding heavier weight KB, such as the Swings as you were giving an example, would you do heavier at the beginning or end? From 50 to 70. Many thanks for your help 🙌🏻

      That's a good question! Personally I'd do it at the end just because I like to go up throughout the sets and end on a high note. However, if you feel your heavy weight is going to REALLY challenge you and tax you, maybe do it closer to the beginning so you have enough in the tank to do it.
