Dr. Amy Wiser of Oregon Health & Science University presents on the “2019 ASCCP Risk-Based Management Consensus Guidelines for Abnormal Cervical Cancer Screening Tests and Cancer Precursors”. The updated guidelines include the three available methods of cervical cancer screening and applies new evidence supporting a shift from results-based management to a risk-based approach for managing individual patients’ abnormal cervical cancer screening results.
