Stay tuned for more crazy!
I bought this last August and all I gotta say is: No more paying $1 for air at the gas station. This thing's a BEAST
Same here, I love it!
I have a battery inflator like that except by Ryobi and I added a quick disconnect type deal at the end of the screw-on so I didn't have screw the inflator on each wheel, just a quick little spring lever. The battery inflators are pretty legit. I'll upgrade to Milwaukee one of these days.
That Raptor is looking clean Matt are you hiding a wash and talk from us?.
Full Detail Series coming...
@@ObsessedGarage look forward to it 👍
The 6.0 actually puts out more instant power than the 8.0 or bigger. 6.0 is definitely the sweet spot. Especially on high-demand tools like impacts.
Just got mine today. It's absolutely sick and worth every penny. I stuck one of my 9.0 batteries I had laying around at work on it and did 5 trucks and the battery still reads full
I use mine with the Jaco Lightning S2X Self Locking Extension works like a champ. Quick On and Off, No air loss.
Thanks for the heads up on the Jaco…gonna pick one up too
I ordered this as soon as it popped up online and it’s fantastic. I’ll be using it to top off my camper tires before road-trips. Thanks for the quick abs great service and superior products.
And you can use it as dumbbells ;p
I don't own a truck but own the m12 inflator.... wish I didnt have it or I should buy a truck so I could justify buying the m18...
I'm curious if the duty cycle could handle airing up 4, 37" MT's from 7 psi? Maybe used alongside an 12.0 battery? It would be nice to not need to connect something like a ARB or Viair to the vehicle battery.
yeah this is sorta what I was hoping to see, 4 big tires from 10ish to 25-30 psi is what I gotta do on my vehicles. been trying to figure out a decent compressor setup
@@Tanner731 someone did a video showing exactly that. A 12.0ah should last for all 4, no overheating.
Actually, he was going to 80psi since it’s HD truck. For a normal 37”, I suspect a 6.0 would be close to doing all 4.
That's a good question. I'm going to test it out, and see if that works.
Not gonna happen with these small pumps.
Driving around and stopping at 3 different locations to fill up my tires tonight really irritated me tonight, because they were either broken or didn’t have a hose. Even at a tire shop. Wtf. I will get this and be done spending $1.50 to inflate tires.
Nice video. Thanks for using the 5.0 battery. It is a more common battery and it's what I have. I was wondering if I needed a HO to use with the compressor but you answered my question. I'm definitely going to purchase me one now. Just found out about them.
If you have a few M18 tools (which I assume you do) then grabbing a few bigger batteries is very very handy. I use 5Ah on my impact driver, hackzall and circ saw, but my high impact wrench and angle grinder eat batteries for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-between snacks, so a 12Ah and an 8Ah are nice to have.
It still annoys me that they don't sell the 9Ah anymore (at least where I live) because it had a decent runtime and still fit in many of my HD boxes.
The m12 inflator has kept my truck tire topped off for the last 4 months lol. Construction sites are the worst, 3 nails same tire and I literally just another two days ago in a different tire. The m12 works fine on my 2500hd, but its awesome to see an M18 version since Ive got about 10 batteries
This is exactly why I’m here at 11:30pm looking at tire inflators. Tired of constant nails and screws from job sites, tired of having to stop at gas stations to add psi to tires
@@grapefruitz7333 Haha my M12 is still crushing it haha. Good luck!
@@SeanLewisMedia Is your m12 inflator still in use?
@@twentyonehertz yes👍🏼 I was able to get new tires so it’s not constantly being used but I’d say a couple times a month I pull it out for bikes, cars, dolly’s or whatever else needs it:)
Currently $199 w/two batteries and charger at Home Depot… 😳
Just starting to get into HPDE days and this will be perfect. Thanks for the review 👍
i been waiting for the m18 for years i finally gave up and bought the m12 3 weeks ago and i love it.. man i want the m18
It awesome get an m18 version loved the m12 but the m18 is great to have for everything
I'd like to see someone test thing on an air mattress or inflatable kayak or similar
Doesn’t start talking about the compressor until @6:20
I’m sure you will have a very hard time trying to find a 9.0 since they no longer make them !
And that seriously is an issue! I love my 9.0!
@@kundetjenesten that’s why you do not see a 9.0 milwaukee battery they discontinued them .
Well I have an red lithium cp2.0 m18 battery, is that ok for put air in normal car tires,or should get another strong battery?
It will work. Should be fine.
@@ObsessedGarage thanks, I was getting very curious.
Should’ve used this in a deflated tire
I love your garage 👀. Can’t wait to buy this inflator, I almost buy the M12, I’m glad I didn’t.
This is great for the track day guys
Lol, think looking for 21700 cells which I think easy to remember than the 18650’s that you got out quickly 😂
Also as an fyi (as I’m sure ya know, but for ppl who don’t wanna look up here ya go)
Milwaukee batteries are: CP 1.5, CP 2.0, HO CP 3.0, XC 5.0, HO XC 6.0, HO XC 8.0, HO HD 12.0 for the “starting lineup” for M18 battery line. The HD 9.0 was replaced by HO XC 8.0 ( & haven’t seen for sale in while) and the XC 3.0, XC 4.0, & XC 6.0 just are financially practical to buy when the other options are “better” and battery deals are always out there (like I’d buy a HO CP 3.0 battery before I’d buy a XC 3.0 battery b/c the 2-pk XC 3.0 are $169 when the 2-pk HO CP 3.0 batteries are at $129 and can find deals for $99; as an FYI for the OG Fam out there👍🏻
Definitely an upgrade from the m12, which…to be fair to little bro; still has its place, but the m18 big bro imo is what Milwaukee was hoping the m12 would be and that wasn’t ever gonna happen.
This m18 inflator w/ it’s 20 min duty cycle is pretty great along w/ a 150 psi max. The 3 onboard memory “programs” is nice and allows to get to higher/lower psi quickly if set them apart (example: mine at 36, 44, 78 psi for what need and if wanna get to 110 quickly I press M3 for 78 and go from there instead of waiting for it to get to desired psi, albeit it’s pretty quick to set a desired psi). The auto “smart” feature of testing to make sure at set psi is nice, thru me off 1st use as thought done and started up as taking off, but get it now, and is pretty cool.
A dislike I have, no quick connect and have to screw on like baby bro and wish was an option for a quick connect to quickly secure and remove from a tire, otherwise, very nice inflator imo.
Cheers✌🏻
5:03 know some don’t like Milwaukee battery “style” and location of fuel gauge. But gotta say, when us8mg products like this inflator; very handy to have gauge on front of battery where can check easily, whereas if gauge was on back (like some wish was for say impacts & drills, etc….) would need to remove battery to check juice level 😉
Cheers✌🏻
Too many standards and no one manufacturer makes the best of every common tool a consumer could want.
I-R makes the best 3/8” and 1/2” drive impact guns but run on 19.2V, Ryobi has the best tyre inflator, Milwaukee has really nice M14 1/4” drive tools. Then there are the portable DA polishers by another mfr. That’s four chargers and multiple battery packs plus spares.
"She'll get you know, a dozen or two dozen balls at a time" I died when you said that I have a dirty humor I'm sorry.
“I want it. Oh, I already have it…”. Hahaha! That made me chuckle. But yes, I’m definitely getting this ASAP. 👍🏼
When is going to be another car giveaway. I'm ready starting a detailing business so I can win it and displayed in the shop .so I'm looking into everything to purchase and your store so far list is 10k looking forward to it
After the summer. No date decided yet but it’ll be this autumn probably. The M2 CS
M2 coming up
@@skFriberg great thanks for the information 👍
The plan is September 15th to October 31st.
Lol just got a Cearkoate commercial right before your video Matty, your RUclips algorithms are getting smarter..
Fuel just means it's brushless and has the red link technology this inflator is awesome dont worry about it not being the fuel version
Raptor looks great. Nice and clean. The stickers on the tail lights bug my OCD. They were the first things I took off my Raptor when I drove it home.
Great video, hopefully a review of all new Milwaukee Air Tip Vacuum accessories coming out as well!
Great tool but for in the trunk the lack of additional power source options is a non starter.
Thanks for the review man,, mine is coming tomorrow Amazon on line
This is such a nice little package. I live in an apartment building and my car tires seem to always be leaking no matter what, we have very bump roads in Winnipeg, this would be perfect!
This little inflator is amazing for mobile tire changers !!!!
I already ordered mine today,, that thing is beautiful,,
What about the real M18 Fuel compressor? The 2840???
Basically a full size compressor at that point. A little too big to keep in the car
@@skFriberg 99% is going to use it in the garage? If its for EDC in the car, surely the smaller M12 is more convenient?
Shoot...! I don't know how the heck I missed that. I need to get one to try out.
@@ObsessedGarage please do. Also please get PCL make a dedicated presta valve inflator with a digital gauge. TIA 🤣
Can't wait for the review of the new M18 Random Orbital Polishers.
Just ordered from your web site. This is in stock right?
Will the battery go bad if I leave it in the trunk
Wao amazing product great job nice video congratulations
Can it take the new fuel m18 batteries ?
Does this have AC 110v input?
That thing is sweet! I’ll start with a wall mounted first then this goes with me on road trips
i was waiting for Milwaukee to come out with an m18 tire inflator like this for so long, i gave up hope and just got the DEWALT 20-volt inflator, it was on sale at fleet farm for like 90$ (without battery, tool only).
i have many m18 batteries and various power tools, and OPE from Milwaukee.
if i knew they were coming out with this, i probably would have waited...
but the dewalt has worked out great these past few months.
Great unit. Just got mine today
Great video, raptor looks great, can’t wait for the videos on that. That’s a great tool to have for sure. 👍
Nice Truck!
Have you gone on holiday????
that thing is so fast lol
Wish you guys had this in stock as other sites or a hint as to when it would be shown on your website.
www.obsessedgarage.com/products/milwaukee-m18-inflator
I know its a heavier truck but 40 seams high for a 37?
No it doesn’t. I was expecting 60-80 psi.
Dewalt is better. More options if battery is dead
I didn't know they had this nice I bought a milwaukee air compressor to fill my tires
what's the cfm on the air compressor you bought?
@@fallback8314 like 1.6 cfm it's a small 2 gallon air compressor
brushless motor??
why did it cut on and off so many times?
Because it has trufill technology which means it will monitor the air in the tire and if it needs more air it will turn on until the tire is at target psi..... Another words its normal for it to do that !
21700, isn't it?
Just needs an air/moisture filter with drain valve option.
Doesn't store any air.
I love your Nikes what are they called?
PG5 Nike By You
what happened to that wall mounted tire inflator?
We still have it. FIAC. www.obsessedgarage.com/products/fiac-wallair-wall-mounted-garage-air-compressor?_pos=2&_psq=fiac&_ss=e&_v=1.0. That's a good idea. I'm going to put one in at my house.

Wow
18650 20700 21700
21 700
The little bit of air leakage when unscrewing it, is not a big deal on a car/truck tire but with bike tires, its rather significant. Maybe that use case isn't considered much but wondering if there any solutions to this? One thing I thought about is the end piece could simply be changed to something that doesn't screw on.
You can buy a lever chuck from Amazon that attaches to the screw on end of the hose, and presto you have a quick connect on -off that won't lose any air when you disconnect it from your valve. Simple fix and you get 2 of them for about 8 bucks at Amazon.
21700 are the newest Li batteries
That's what I was searching my brain for with no success.
M18
You're may favorite rich guy on YT lol
A little prep for the video would show you give a shit about the making the video. Read the instructions, be well versed in the product, know the difference in the cells etc. Off putting.
Nah...I think I'll keep doing it my way.
@@ObsessedGarage figures, that is the vibe you put out.
Can't wait to hear about the Canadian stockage ;P Been looking into Milwaukee for quite a while. Would rather get from OG than Homedepot.
