The company employee that sent your 18 Wheeler delivery down that bendy one lane crappy road with "No Exit" needs to be disciplined. For you to have to investigate this for yourself was a good move Safford... What a slap in the face, but indeed glad it all ended well and for you as usual keeping a clear head on matters. Merry Christmas 2 U and have a wonderful safe New Year!
Nope cause I'm the one throwing it, BUT when I first started doing the job I remember I was at a daycare or like a preschool or something and I was pulling the strap up and the open part of the hook on the strap came up and whacked me right in the gonads and I wanted to scream so bad but I couldn't because there were children outside at recess. 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫🥴🥴🥴🥴🤣🤣🤣🤣
Way to stay calm! Cooler heads always win in the end. There's usually no reason to make a point to the customer. The customer doesn't care about you. They only want the stuff they ordered as close to the site as possible and couldn't care less whether you get stuck or not. Way to buck up, deliver, and get the hell out of there! Peace to you Mike!
You vented perfect and you vented to yourself and not to the customer and that’s exactly where I do it Mock and burn it makes you feel a lot better good job. Keep up the good work your videos are awesome
What a dick. I'd have refused to deliver on a non-negligable road. Kudos to you, Mike. I'd make a lousy front point for delivery. Mama don't put up wit no bullshit.
I'll tell you that if it's was me it would gotten dropped at the end of driveway.. And then has the nerve to follow you while your backing out ... love it
Good to vent it out Mike, just don’t make it personal. Its work and keep it separate. After venting find the hummer in it. Awesome Mike, Merry Christmas

I know your frustration. I had a customer who took me down a mud road to a dock that I could not back into because of room. It was made for box trucks not 53’ trailers.

You're better man than I am. I would have taken it off and dropped it right in front of the truck and backed out. I love it when they tell you it's not the right stuff what do I do.
