Also one bad thing on this is its only 16gb storage so if you download all car updates you will not have much left but it's easy to uninstall them and reinstall them as you need them if you have a WiFi signal or turn on your hot-spot then it will update automatically on a car that you didn't update before, it is a very easy tool to use not as easy as the foxwell nt726 but it has more maintenance functions

I just got this tool and it's awesome and better than nt726 but it doesn't do active test but you can go into say the bsi and then turn lights on etc and it will show as active, however in demo mode on chrysler in transmission you can do actuator testing so hopefully you can on some cars but I'm yet to find one but only used on 3 cars it did find a code on my suzuki that the foxwell nt726 didn't
What i hear people call coding I assume is reflashing/reprogramming 500 bucks won't get u that. It's generally 1000 or more and maybe and adaptive hookup called a jbox which can be an additional cost. If that's what coding means. If it is think like reformating your home p.c. because that is what you're doing. With a car reflash it's complicated and if u don't know what u are doing u can fry your module and have to buy a new one
The problems I see are as follow... The device battery is it a changeable battery ? Is the warranty only a year Will the touch screen last several years These questions no one are tackling What happens if the blue tooth or wifi dongle stops connecting with the device ? These products are very costly I would like to see these questions answered by the manufacturer ... Great idea
Just Contacted Topdon about Resetting the Steering Counter.. The 800BT Will NOT reset the counter Fault.. They Have recomended the Pheonix System £950+...Wish I Knew this before Parting with £380 for the 800BT !!!!
@@jonsutyautomotiverepair1993 on the 1 series up to 2010 there is a "Red" steering wheel symbol that comes up on the dash and covers all the information thats normally seen..when the ( LEV ) counter counts up to warning level...The TOPDON Pheonix will reset the warning but the Arti Diag 800 will Not reset this warning !!!!
Quick question why did you say its bad to go into adaptation on transmission if your engine aint running you won't cause damage if if engine is running you would find it hard to cause damage
Not sure if you're still active, but can you use this to do the full CBS resets? Front pads, rear pads, pollen filter, air filter, brake fluid, etc resets? Kinda a make or break for me with this scan tool.
Does this do lice data in the bcm so you can see when you turn your lights on or indicators etc it will show as active on the scanner, as I purchased the foxwel nt726 which can do that but only has 8 maintenance functions its an awesome tool but if this tool can definitely do that then it's better
I need to do a transmission fluid and filter replacement/ mechatronic seal fix and am trying to figure out the easiest way to get the trans temp to show up so I can monitor them to do the final fill. Any recommendations? I know about your video on impa but haven’t downloaded yet.
Hmm, been considering the IcarSoft or the mk808. This seems to make more sense. I’m kinda on the fence with their popularity. How reliable is it on the long run? Any gremlins thus far?
My '06 325i fails to start with CAS issues. Steering will not unlock. I tried to reset the counter with a Foxwell tool but was no use. I just viewed your The EASIEST Setup Guide INPA and NCS EXPERT but I get error codes when trying to install Mike's Easy BMW Tools. Will the Topdon 800BT scanner do all the functions of INPA, NCS EXPERT and so forth? Great videos by the way.
Question I just bought this artidiag 800 BT After the first update there is only 1.5 gigs of memory left out of 16 gigs Is there anyway to delete some of these brands to create more memory space ?
What about CODING & PROGRAMMING ? A lot of those Chinese scan tools are just rip offs. TopDon sent me a scanner to try out and give them written feedback. Unit failed after 2 weeks. It was a real POS

@@weldingjunkie I do not remember exactly as it was over a year ago. It was not any of the newer ones. However running a shop I have learned to give units like theirs ONE SHOT. The one they sent me completely quit working. Plus it would not do any programming or coding

Po aktualizacji nie dało się korzystać w samochodzie np z inspekcji olejowej, konieczna była kolejna aktualizacja, a taka możliwość tylko przy podłączonym testerze. Gorszego sprzętu nie miałem. Ładny wygląd i to wszystko. Tłumaczenia nie ma prawie. Nie warto

It comes with a one year warranty and they have a great support system.
That scan tool will NOT solve your trifecta problem.

What scanner did you get? All scanners are from China even snap. Which model was it!?
