Really enjoyed this episode thank you guys. Nezir, as an Australian trust me when I say your not missing out on much back home. Myself and my family have been planning our move to Turkey for the last two years, and we are super excited to make this transition. We have in the past been dealing with Mazin Mansour as our property consultant and he has been very professional and helpful. I have been watching Property Turkey videos for a long time now. Its clear that you guys are the ones to conduct business with when relocating or like us, intending to buy our new future home in Turkey. Property Turkey is the market leaders, and its very clear to see why. Constant video uploads, sound advice, interesting and informative topics. For my family we are pretty set now on either Bursa Mudanya or Buyukcekmece. Just depends on the right property and of course the right price! ;)
Thanks for watching us Saif! We appreciate your kinds word about our channel, company and our colleague, Mazen. You couldn't have asked for a better consultant - he's very competent at what he does and he is a family man himself just like yourself.
Hello, I've been living in Sydney Australia for 50yrs, and I want to settle in Turkey. I've been accustomed to an "average " lifestyle here in Australia as you can understand, what I need to know is how I can replicate this lifestyle in Turkey e.g.. job security, income or investment. You seem like an honest decent man, your help will be greatly appreciated. P.s. when the borders in Australia open up I plan on visiting Turkey for 8 weeks to do some research. Once again thankyou Bülent

Great episode, nice when we get to see the personalities of the guest and Aladdin. It's perfectly okay to talk about things that aren't entirely property related 😃
Nez loved how you corrected Aladdin on how to pronounce Aussie 🤭😂 but anyway excellent video, expecting more from you guys. Hoping to meet you and the team of Property Turkey very very soon as Istanbul will be my home in just couple of days….eeekkk soooo excited 😊 😆
Well that was a comedy based video and yet still informative hahaha As I’m sure Aladdin knows I’m from Sydney Australia, and I must say being born and raised here in Sydney I have found this country quite racist. I live near Cronulla and anyone that Google’s the Cronulla riots will soon see what I’m speaking of. Obviously not everyone is like that, but it is ingrained in many and I’ve witnessed a lot of it myself being of Italian origins also. Nezir I’m guessing you came from the Auburn area as that’s where majority of Turkish people live, plus the beautiful Turkish mosque that’s there also… For myself I have zero fear of moving to Turkey, I’ve researched for 5 yrs, spoken with Cameron also plus Italy is next door for me also where I have family… but I can see from all the videos I’ve watched over the years that the Turkish people are just beautiful and humble people compared to many other countries. Nezir you’re in a much better place buddy, stay there and don’t look back… this country is not what you remember, we’re becoming more and more like America with how things are run and the police becoming stricter and rules and laws that are just ridiculous. How to meet you all soon!
Thank you very much for the Kind words my friend. Really looking forward to meeting you. I was born and brought up in the Newtown, Enmore, Marrickville area and not Auburn.
@@nezjan9678 Ah ok, more of a city boy then! Nice… I’ll be coming to see you guys when I finally arrive, so definitely we will have to catch up. Let me know if you want something. Maybe Vegemite? hahaha I’m hoping to be out of here once they open the borders otherwise I’ll sell everything and leave for good as my plan is to leave anyway. As for your accent… I definitely hear the Aussie in there but it is also mixed at times with British which comes out strong at times also. But it’s all good because I understand you no matter what and that’s the main thing hehehe Take care and hopefully see you all in the near future.

One of the most beautiful things that is known that the Turkish people said toward Australians was after Second World War. About the fallen Anzac soldiers buried on Turkish soil. As ı said in the video, ı have been away for so long, and actually spent a lot of time in the UK, that my accent is all over the place. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk said the above mentioned quote, and yes, it is very beautiful.

Oh mothers of distant lands, who sent their sons to battle here, stop your tears. Your sons are in our bosoms... i honestly personally thought MKA was deceased by WW2...

What are the limitations for British buyers? Do you need some kind of special visa? Additional costs? Annual Land tax? Property taxes? Right to stay in Turkey? Can your property get ceased? What protections are there for foreign buyers?
