Sensitive, effective & gentle in her approach! I like the fact that she works the whole painting before concentrating on details & does not have a limited palette. There are many layers & depths to her ocean foam & sprays! Please show us a photo of this lovely artist from the Ukraine! I am definitely an admirer & have learned a lot! Thank you!

Alesia, this is a fantastic tutorial!! I learned a lot from you and am excited to try this. Felix, thanks for partnering with other artists to give us even more instruction and inspiration. I believe, as image bearers of the master creator, we are born with a desire and need to create. Unfortunately, in our fallen world, that desire is snuffed out for many of us when we are young. I believe art is full of learnable skills and should be accessible to everyone. Thank you so very much for all you do to share your skills, hard work, and talent with us. God has blessed you and will continue to bless your wonderful work because it’s for His Glory!! I pray a hedge of protection around you and your beautiful wife!! May the Lord bless you and keep you, and make his face to shine upon you!! Much love and gratitude from Wyoming💞

It's beautiful! It's better and way much more difficult for noobs than most of the "wave painting" tutorials that I've found on youtube. It can be a bit easier if you show color mixing - it's hard to follow the color cos they were pretty close and the monitor misrepresents them a bit. Also found it hard to do with a large grains canvas for me - thin brushes didn't work the same way, but it was like the third time I tried to draw something with acrylic so.. maybe just a noobs mistake. Thanks for this experience anyway! Really enjoyed it =)

What an amazing painting! It’s so real appearing but unfortunately the tutorial is not very useful for beginners. Can’t really see the entire canvas, no idea what colors are being used and how to mix them. Would love to try painting this, can Alesia explain the colors? We won’t be able to see the entire canvas but color mixing might help. Love her talent.

You’ve probably said this before but I’m too lazy lmaoo but what brands of acrylic do you use? I’m stressing out because apparently oil looks better so I don’t know wherever to invest in oil or acrylic, but she’s painted that so good 🤩

Her results are breath taking but I prefer Feliks's style of teaching. He shows exact amount of color being used to mix up a new shade. Sometimes she is already using a new shade and will simply say I have mixed these colors - but show us? No. Amount? No. Plus the camera angle is too great either

  • @meanbean98

I will give you my honest opinion and I don't want you to take this personally as if i was being mean. at first glance I was really happy that you posted this. but as I started watching it was getting frustrating due to so many quick changes not too hard to follow colors of paint but would have been nice to see what the color mixes were. not mixed in front of us and yes camera adjustments not knowing the colors that were being mixed behind the scenes . It really would be nice if there were more explaining why and what she is doing her work is beautiful but I was looking forward to the step by step tutorial saying light blue but not light doesn't help anyone which was done a lot during the video with any color laid out at times we don't even know the brush is being changed all we really do know is that we watched her paint as if she was lost in her painting which is great for her but not for the person trying to learn or get some tips out of it thanks for sharing I really do appreciate that Felix shows us how to do it step by step. i really wish that this could be done over it comes out really nice would have loved to have learned it.

Love the painting, but much harder to follow than a CBF tutorial. It would be super helpful to not have the video so zoomed in. Perspective on the full canvas is so important. Also, showing the steps of mixing the paint is super important. The painting is great but I don’t think I’d be able to follow along with this like you can with a CBF.
