Wow! These abstract pour paintings are absolutely mesmerizing! 😍 I love how the colors blend and flow so effortlessly, creating such stunning patterns. Your creativity and technique are truly inspiring! 💖🎨✨
What would a normal water to paint ratio be? Maybe the artist doesn’t want to share this info, would really like to try this without using a pouring medium…
@@MargaretKatsouras I'm not sure what the ratio is, but start off with a small amount. Do the drip test, where it drips and holds form for about a second, then flattens out. If it holds form for longer than that then add a little more water. Repeat until you get the desired affect. If you add too much water and it's just runny, it takes a lot of paint to thicken it up. Also, too much water and you run the risk of the paint cracking as it dries. You can also google, "Paint Pour ratios " and you should get a few "recipes" to pick from. Happy painting
Excellent!! Beautiful!! I live in France, we don't have the same brands of painting, pouring, are there any brand you would recommand? Thank you so much 🤗💜
Hello from the US and Thank You for watching! Any brand of paint that has a nice thick body will work just as well. The only paint that I avoid is the "Ready Pour Paints" those tend to be to watery for optimum results.
@@Claire-f5e I never use silicone and in this particular pour these are Tempera paint by Curate + Color from hobby lobby , the white is Artist Loft. The ratio are just eyeballed to a consistency the is like that of warm honey. Hope this helps 🙂

@@CandiceColorArt thank you very much!! 🤗👏
@CANDICECOLORART , I'd like to know how much do you sell your paintings made with pouring, like these ones? Thank you and congratulations!
Hi, what brand of paint do you use and what ratio paint and flow and do you use silicon? Thanks

Is that Prussian blue you used in most of your paintings?❤ love the colors you combined. Very nice
I use Phthalo Blue and I often mix it with a little bit of black
But where is the water
Ah in the paint, duh
This is a paint pour technique that mixes paint with water to thin. This isn’t the type where you mist water onto the canvas or onto paint. 😊
