Glad you found it helpful. Also, I just posted a response to your other comment. Currently there are 15 classes from AZ Drone on our Teachable site. I apparently left some old bundles up that look more like classes than bundles. Thanks for your comment as I can now clean up that issue. The correct bundle page is: classes.azdrone.net/p/az-drone-s-complete-class-bundle. Whenever new classes are added to our Teachable, they will be included for all class bundle members. 😀
Good video Rich. Do you use a checklist of questions to ask customers regarding the properties and the clients wanted services? Kind of like a purchase order form, something standard? I know with me, I have an idea to ask people and when I’m talking with them I tend to forget something’s. Just curious. Dave
Ah you made me laugh asking about a list of questions. I recently created a presentation for the folks on my Patreon Channel. It's labeled "Client Conversations" and covers the big items that many of us forget to ask. It's in a slideshow format with 10 slides. Additionally I have a workflow sheet set that I've also shared on my Patreon Channel. It covers my standard approach to jobs, progression reporting, and deliverables. It's a pretty crazy flow chart that covers Client Contact - Flight Planning - Flight Execution - Post Processing - Client Deliverables
It can get pricey for sure. In total with subscriptions somewhere in the range of $400 per month. But that's insurance, flight apps, and a few other subscription sites as well. You can get a few free flight apps out there as well. The apps I use integrate well with how we document sites, and each proves its worth every month.
We've got multiple tutorials on projects we've done. Several larger projects were documented from start to finish. One job site is still on going. Check out our class site to see several of our project classes. You can watch class previews on the site for free as well. classes.azdrone.net/
I use Litchi for video waypoint missions, and still waypoint missions (random still image shots). Drone Harmony, GS Pro, and Map Pilot Pro I use just for 2D / 3D models. Litchi isn't really for modeling, but I really like their waypoint missions (for video flights), orbit missions, and 360 pano setups. This year I'll be doing a little more with Drone Harmony as they're doing some updates to their tools as well.
Apologies. Normally the county GIS applications ask for a Parcel Number or a Assesors Parcel Number (APN). Yavapai County's online GIS search is for "Parcel Number," Coconino County's search tool asks for APN (Assesors Parcel Number)
Sorry for my delay in response. I did a little investigating on the F11 Pro. I don't think you'll be mapping with this drone easily. Autonomous flight app developers aren't making apps for this drone. This drone's camera seems to be fixed in place, and for modeling and mapping you'll need a drone with a gimbal. I think you'd do better looking at Autel, DJI, or Parrot for drones that could lend themselves to mapping.
darn I wish Map Pilot Pro and DJI would support the Mini 3 Pro. Thanks for the video! very nice!
You and me both! Still waiting on the SDK from DJI.
Thanks. Very helpful.

@@AZ-Drone thanks. Just purchased. Would you email me please? I know I’ll have some questions and I’m happy to pay consulting fees
@@jaybillups2063 Sure thing. I'll send you a message through the Teachable system momentarily. Always happy to answer questions for folks.

You use quite a few 3rd party apps/software. The monthly/annual cost for using All those must be significant.

Hi Rich. Thanks for the video. Why do you use Drone Harmony for mapping but Litchi for the rest?

@@AZ-Drone thanks for the clarification. Just signed up for the Construction Progression class.
Good quick video - the devil's always in the details eh? :)
Always! I have my whole workflow which is based on my own learning experiences. It gets refined as I come across new processes as well.
Am your new subscriber from Zimbabwe, am starting drone business, can i use F11 pro for mapping.
Can we talk on email
