There’s an old British lady that comes through every other day through the drive thru, and literally everyone goes to the window to see her. She just sounds so sweet with her “thank you deary 🥰” n stuff. She often gives tips and offers to buy us food. She’s the best and makes everyone’s day. Edit: she came back yesterday and literally gave my manager a hug n kiss on the cheek for making her coffee with extra caramel drizzle. She’s the best.
