So if I have this correct, The Umbrella Corp. has somehow accessed all different universes, gathering the worst of the world like Jason Vorhees for the healing factor, Michael Myers for the psychological, Herbert West for his Re-Animation experiments, and others to try and create some type of super solider or something.
However, in trying to control the evil super beings, it gets a looney bit taken over by Herbert West, Hannibal Lecter, and soon, Freddy Kruger. I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to learn how to use the Necronomicon.
