    Hey guys!
    Some notable things I caught on:
    .Some keyboards have a loud bounce or spring sound you didn’t pick up on
    .A lot of these are either discounted or price changing
    .Not necessary, but additional research on keycap material would be nice (e.g. is it abs, double shot, or what)
    .Once again optional but a dollar to euros and pounds would great
    But great video!

    My Wisfox was my favorite in a long list of gaming keyboards I've had. It's the best feeling, well-spaced keys, superb lighting with no light bleed, solid metal frame, the keys felt mechanical but were actually some sort of membrane hybrid and sounds very quiet. I actually spilled hot milk tea with sugar all over it that didn't affect it one bit. But the D and F keys wore off after 2 weeks and the spacebar just went to shit last night and I've only had it for less than 3 months.

    16:17 - I'm using that identical keyboard at this time (only in black), bought NEW for $10 at a local flea market in Tampa. They had a whole stack of them. The store bought Amazon overstocks in bulk and I used to get everything from headsets to gaming mice at ridiculous prices. Unfortunately, that flea market closed. HOWEVER, they do have an outlet store in the Lakeland Square Mall in Lakeland, FL, just north of Interstate 4 at the Highway 98 exit. Go check 'em out.
    24:23 - How do you know how good the mouse is? You can tell the feel and overall impression, but the guts may be total crap. I just had to return a really nice mouse because I got in a game and moved the mouse quickly from left to right. My character immediately stared straight up and spun in circles, out of control. I exchanged the defective mouse for another of the same type. I hope that was just a random defect as I really like the weight, shape, texture, and button placement on this model.

    I actually own both the Hydong and the Eagletech keyboard. Both are great keyboards, but as it stands, I like Hydong for the swappable switches, and RGB lighting. However, the Eagletech has the weight of a true mechanical keyboard because of it's aluminum shell. Both runs well for me. I would also include the Chonchow mechanical keyboard. It has a "rainbow" led lighting effects, swappable switches and dedicated volume keys that runs under $30.

    @Over_and_Out_ 4 года назад +13

    This video was perfect timing I just found that habit keyboard/mouse combo yesterday and was wondering about it. But to be fair about your ranking, I think a keyboard should have points off for not having RGB simply because that's always an option and makes it much easier to resell if/when desired. I do agree with the number pad part though that is genuinely a personal choice. So much that I actually skipped the red dragon one because ill be doing a lot of Excel work and etc. along with gaming and no number pad will really slow me down, so I agree there but in general my 2 complaints are.
    -more options = more value (RGB/ hot swap)
    -you should look at the product as a whole and this is specifically about the havit because that's how it was sold, the minor turn offs about it. Is it really worth buying a seperate mouse for even more just to have hot swap starting out?? Anyway thanks, I know this is long and you guys do a great job overall, thank you.

    The thing I'm going to ask isn't about a keyboard, so I had a broken laptop and when I got it back they gave me a 120gb ssd and I'm wondering if a 120gb is enough for league of legends and Fortnite. Thanks.

    You should do a video on one hand keyboards. I've been using the cheap ones there great just ordered another with macros for $36 compared to higher priced ones at $100.

    The Eagletech board is what my father uses for his set up and he's had it for a long time probably at least I think 3 or 4 years and he likes it a lot. I used the Havit board for awhile and honestly the board itself wasn't great but the mouse I actually really really like! I just ordered a Razer BlackWidow Elite to replace my Havit board

    I got a budget keyboard and mouse combo for $29 with tax. It is pretty heavy and it has a lot of metal on the bottom and sides. It’s has full lighting but doesn’t have different modes (I think idk rn) it works so well and you should check it out. It’s by MageGee? I think that’s the brand. Well yeah. It’s should be like $27 on the label

      It doesn't go away even when you start a game. I thought it would only show on the desktop and not every window you open. Luckily I found a way to get rid of it through some settings.

    I am looking for a good keyboard that fits most of these categories.
    If the keyboard fits most of the things but not all I might still be interested
    . Budget: $200
    * keyboard: no in your face bright logos like Logitech
    * no number pad
    * wrist rest (preferably cushioned, no big in your face logo, and this is pushing it but magnetic to the keyboard)
    * mechanical: tactile or linear: not clicky switches like Cherry MX blue or razer green aka quiet but not too quiet (IMPORTANT)

    * keycaps: greenish/blueish teal style which fits my mint green/light blue setup; also a CLEAN font not an in your face bold font. If the keycaps are black that is fine too. I prefer the keycaps to be clear on the edges to have a lot of light and RGB in your face. aka bright AF
    *
    media keys: pause, next track, previous track, and volume control

    If I were to buy a backlit keyboard, my preference would have to include brightness control as a factor. If the brightness was low visibility then why even have it?
