Adrianne Lall it amount of ingredients depends on the size you want to make so here goes my coocoo recipe 5 cups of yellow cornmeal 3 cups of coconut milk 1 medium carrot finely shredded 2 teaspoons of sugar Fresh seasoning blend of 6 pimentos, 1 bundle of parsley, 1 medium onion, 1 clove Of garlic(optional) 1 all purpose Maggi tastemaker/ or salt to taste 20 large okra Method please follow all the steps I used above. 🙂

Great recipe and presentation. To make cutting the coo coo easier, try inverting the coo coo nowl onto a plate and whalla! Mold stays in place.
