Hi, I’m planning to camo grind in zombies. Before when die you lose guns permanently, about now do I still lose the gun if I die? I just recently bought the mw3 from sale.
I come watch your vids every year, even if I've already finished the grind. The guides, the "is it worth it" vids, hell sometimes I even go back and watch the old ones. Thanlks for uploading man.
Great video, very detailed and complete. I do have a question as to why you didn't mention the outlast contract, I feel they are even better than spore contracts. Tips from someone who completed the grind: - As for the "after field upgrade" kills, they only counted after the shroud wore off, at least for me. - You do NOT need to complete the aether nest to spawn a mimic, just run up to the boxes and he will spawn. I also found that they did not spawn, at least for me, if someone already cleared the nest. - There is no counter for the 100 gold kills so count them. Trust! As silly as it sounds, it will be better to count than to spend the time and not get gold because you killed 99/100. - Special / Elite kills, if you do the outlast contract in tier 2, note that a special spawns every time the counter gets to 55% so step out at 55 and back in will spawn. I had 10 specials spawn at one time but note they are tier 2 so things get hectic quick with 7 manglers shooting at you. - 300 Kills pap, this goes super fast at first. Load in with 2 guns, pap them, and go. Luckily this has a counter and the game will let you know once it's done BUT do not exfile, by now you have plenty of cash so run to a wall buy and grab 2 new guns, pap them, and go again. I was able to get 5-7 guns a game! Halfway through the guns, things slow down as it gets harder and harder to find the guns you didn't do yet. To help, I wrote all the guns I needed on a piece of paper for a quick check. Not to mention many of the guns have similar names. PS, the Legacy Fortress is a lot easier if you bring a rocket launcher to destroy the heli but make sure to at least pap1 the launcher. Plus you can wall bang the "boss" without even going into the last building. After heli is down, take your time and clear all the mercs. Wild, sorry for this long comment bro. It just started to come out as I type :). Regardless, super great and detailed video. I would say this is easily the clearest guide on youtube.

You can track camos! Select the gun your using then track all 4 camos and when your in game you pull up the pause menu and it shows your progression. That’s the closet thing to a kill counter
If you guys want a massive speed boost to this camo grind. Search up a duplication glitch. They havent patched it yet and you can go into every game with perks money anno mods aether tools and crystals. This is insanely helpful because you can start grinding immediately every game.
This comment will probably never be found but huge tip many probably know it or don’t so I’ll share if you have a challenges let’s say 250 kills and you complete it for a melee weapon so 0-250 kills that’s all the base challenges done so you unlocked gold for gold you need 100 kills and a exfil you you might stay to get the 100 extra kills you think need but don’t since you got 250 kills doing the base challenge if you don’t kill anything at all and just go and extract you will have gold unlocked already with no work needed to be done

Extra info but Final Exfil spawns a huge amount of Mangler and Disciples in Zone 1, only downside, its a 50 minute wait but you can do other weapons in the meantime.
As someone who has completed ALL camo grinds this is what i recommend to be efficient: WRITE DOWN all camo challenges. If you complete the guns you load in with, it allows you to drop them and work on other guns if youre done early and INSTANTLY know the challenges you need to do. Challenges like 10 disciples, field upgrade kills, tactical equipment often take A LOT of time (be near ammo refills when doing Equipment) so dont plan tk do more than 2 guns with these types of challenges Complete tiers 1 and 2 for missions. 3 is not necessary. When you load in take ONE DEFENSIVE and ONE OFFENSIVE perk. So quick revive and deadshot, or jug and speed cola. Speed cola is the best perk because its both OFFENSIVE and DEFENSIVE because it allows you to plate faster and it increases your damage per second. For snipers, use deadshot daq for shotguns, speed cola for smgs use stamina up Each weapon class is best with a certain perk DO ALL GOLD CHALLENGES FIRST and DO NOT do each weapon tyoe together and THEN MPVE ON. Reason being, you can EASILY do 4-5 guns per game if you just do the "300 pack a punch kills" and do mystery box or weapon stash contracts to cycle to your next gun because it gives you higher odds to give you guns you need to do next OR go kill mercs to get m13b. lachman 762, lach 556, or bryson 890 from them if doing mw2 camos. If you are doing mw3 guns, stash them in contraband when doing your gold challenges. If doing mw2, stash them in contraband. if you die, you dont have to wait on timer and can take stash guns and can still camo grind.
@@kookiemonster3126 It works. How often are you dying? 20 slots is just fine for contraband. All you need is 1 active gun you are working on to exist in the stash. Thats all. As you play and grind you can pickup a gun to add to the stash. As long as you dont suck, its efficient. lol

Can confirm that decoys do work for the challenge 100 kills while zombies affected by tacticals, did it earlier today and I also unlocked gold on every weapon. :)
@@jaweel6205literally just went though hell trying to figure out the fastest way to farm deciples before watching this video.. I found that with Jug & Sleight of Hand, PaP 2 and maybe green tool if you’re able to find one along the way. The outlast contracts in tier 2 are definitely the best. Get the progression to above 50 (like 55-60) then leave the building a special at random seemed to spawn. Kill it, then enter the building again and rinse and repeat. Got deciples rather consistently. This is also a decent way to farm manglers. Although it’s still easier to just farm those at exfil sites. Just finished all disciple challenges that way in case they patch it.
If they fixed the connection issues in zombies, it would be easier. I can't tell you how many times I've crafted perks and aetherium crystals, only to have 50% packet loss in the match, get disconnected, and the game treating it as a death losing everything.
my method of counting kills is using the healing aura field upgrade, it becomes active after 50 kills, and every 50 kills, i would activate the healing aura as an indicator that i got 50 kills from this interval, so let's say i need 300 kills, in my head, I will need to activate the field upgrade at least 6 times to count 300 kills
Outlast is the best contract. Get over 85% and will increase the spawn rate. When the % goes down, go back in again. It spawns more zombies per minute than exfils. Although some challenges are better in exfils
Just finished my borealis grind I 100% think it was worth it and got interstellar so it’s worth the grind just challenges will get to you if you run out of crystals or aether tool or if it just is on cooldown
@@Rbrezay zone 1 exfil they spawn to and I recommend using 2 guns and if you have a friend ask them to take a gun 4 you that’s what I did got 4 to 5 guns done per matvh

Awesome thanks good catch on the 20 consecutive the same thing happens in priceless with LMG with the ones that requires 1 magazine if you kill 3 in a row and then die and never reload it wont count So You need to shoot once after respawn and reload just to make sure it recognizes the new mag.
Pnd/outlast mission is by far the best to farm zombies go in it until its at 15 percent then leave ane zombies will infinitely spawn and they spawn faster than the spore contract and they have a set spawn so if you find where they spawn you can rack up kills faster compared to spores that randomized spawns

It took forever to notice and I completed all but 2 gold challenges before I noticed that Jackrabbits are still 20 kills. I counted 1 zombie at a time and always on the 20th kill I got a Jackrabbit for “30” kills It’s a ui bug I guess. Check for yourselves
On the topic of giving away schematics, on my first zombie game I was running around solo just grinding zombies for gun levels, someone in proximity chat just went "Stop! Wait!" Rams me with an ATV, jumps out, dumped two schematics then drove away. I was so confused cause I had NO idea what they were so I didn't thank them properly. 😅
I clearly show Borealis camo unlocked on all mw3 weapons. it allows me to apply it but will not allow me to save it to a custom build in fact when I first unlocked the camo I could save it to a couple of different weapons but since then I cannot save it to any of them
Leveling up is the only issue I have with this grind. I went too hard finishing up stories and calling card challenges that I only finished 3 weapon levels in the whole time playing. The secondary grind is now just for fun and camos.
Do lockdown quads have it fill land on any one of the hard points hold out the gun you want to level prone and watch the xp rack up as you chill. For every teammate you have inside is extra xp
@@marlonh3458shipment is still way faster if Ur decent at the game I rack up 150 kills per game on shipment and use decoys easily 9 levels a game with no double xp
and if you have your weapon max level and if the camo is get 250 kills for one challenge then another challenge is 250 kills with 4 perks activated you can stacked the challenges together, It's always going to be two 250 kills challenges to do for each gun, its not like old cods were if your gun is max level and you have to start from the first base challenge you can start on any base camo
also the slaughter medals if they pop up it doesnt always mean it will count ive gotten five slaughter medals and only got one to count towards that camo same with the 20kills without getting hit just wait for the medal to pop up which it pops up at 30 not 20 and then get the zombies to hit you once and then boom your done easy as that its just very tricky to get that one done sometimes it wont count and sometimes it will just use aether shroud or frenzied guard
For the Taq eradicator I was literally just using it in a match few minutes ago and I got all 3 camos in zombies except for the reloading challenge wtf!!!

Here’s a good tip fellas, extracting with the weapon you haven’t unlocked in zombies if you extract with that gun you get to unlock that gun and as well doing contracts counts as doing daily challenges.
medium exfil is great for mangler, disciple, and hellhound kills i use lower threat exfil for kills without reloading camo grind and 10 kills in 5 seconds and critical kills
Great video! I am having trouble with the Holger 26 camo - 10 kills without reloading 10 times. I'm not making any progress, I've reloaded after every 10 kills and I've put the max mag on just unloaded the whole clip and nothing is working. Do you have any tips?
For bioluminescent. Can you unlock gold on 51 weapons and then work on the 300 kills pack challenge even if you skipped a few guns from the a category ?

Fun fact. There are current exactly enough weapons in mw3(including the battle pass weapons), that you can get borealis without having to touch the sniper rifles

For the missions, I’m stuck on the one where you kill the hellhounds with cryofreeze… I just kill the dogs too fast. And now I’m having a hard time finding the cryo mod
if you go to harder zones and then shoot the dogs there is a bigger chance that the cryo will pop. As for finding ammo mods, i found loads in aether nests so that might help.
@@frankmascini1059 I always go straight to zone 2. And I typically play solo to maximize how many kills I can get. The hard part is getting the cryo mod for me. I find all the other mods, just never the cryo mod…
Mangers spawn immediately in tier 1 exfils if you just need elite kills. For disciples specifically, the soccer/futbol field exfil in tier 2 spawns them like crazy. Slap on a dead wire ammo mod and you tear through them even at pap 1
Great guide, but i gotta be honest. There are only 10 slots in your stash, there is no way i am storing one or two duplicates for someone else that might or might not even need it lol my stash is for me, even 10 isnt enough for one person, im not gonna partition it for someone else lmao
There is a stash glitch thats lets you stash 225 items max. al you need to do is when you exfil, swap your item with a mission reward item and then un-equip/stash the reward item. Im currently at like 130/10
I've tried doing a few weapons for this grind, but it is soooo much harder for me. Like, I cannot even figure out how to get 4 perks. Zombies is so much harder for me.
4 Perks are pretty easy to get, you can buy or loot them around the map. If you need perks for future camo challenges, save up 4 cans until you reach that challenge you need them for.
Guys I’m having trouble on my second gun camo grind in not sure if the MTZ 556 is bugged, the 20 consecutive kills without taking damage, I keep getting jackrabbit which is 30 kills but the 6/10 doesn’t change please help
Great video! I’m trying to start the Zombies Mastery grind for MW2 weapons, but none of the base challenges are counting, even for weapons I have max levelled. Is there a reason for this I may be missing? Every MW2 weapon I’ve tried has not counted a single thing, even the initial (get 250 kills) challenge after getting the weapon to level 2. If anyone knows why this might be happening, I’d greatly appreciate any help.
Know this is late and not sure if it’s fixed yet but for the mw2 guns if you didn’t have them maxed in mw2 the game thinks you still don’t have them maxed in mw3 even if they are.

Can you work towards unlocking Zircon Scale / Spinal Husk as the same time as Serpentinite / Arachnida? Meaning, is there anyway I can knockout a gun by getting 300 PaP kills then 10 special zombie kills in the same game to unlock both? Or do I have to unlock a certain number of Zircon Scale / Spinal Husk camos BEFORE special zombie kills register towards Serpentinite / Arachnida?
Might be a strange question but while doing bioluminescence camo grind, Going to use the Launchers as an example, It says I need to get 4 launchers gold before unlocking the next camo, Do I need to get 4 launchers gold or can I get 1 launcher gold and the other 50 gold camos from other weapon categories? Does anyone know if they changed a challenge or so since i am stuck on the same challenge with 2 weapons. The LMG class get 10 kills without reloading but if i count 10 kills and then reload it doesnt work neither does it when i get atleast 10 kills and just shoot the rest of my ammo in the sky or so. So yeh couldve they changed the hold the trigger for 5s ?

I really wish the kill counter attachments counted zombie kills. Keeping track of so many is difficult.

If you find yourself needing an ammo mod you don't have, infected nests guarantee at least one from the chest. (Only nests, not strongholds)

speed cola does not increase your dps lmao thats double tap xD speed cola only lets you reload faster and replate faster thats it

Ngl for me the healing aura worked faster then the Aether shroud for killing 100 shortly after field upgrade.
Aether shroud has a faster charge rate so you can use it more making it faster allowing more kills

Awesome thanks good catch on the 20 consecutive the same thing happens in priceless with LMG with the ones that requires 1 magazine if you kill 3 in a row and then die and never reload it wont count So You need to shoot once after respawn and reload just to make sure it recognizes the new mag.

Pnd/outlast mission is by far the best to farm zombies go in it until its at 15 percent then leave ane zombies will infinitely spawn and they spawn faster than the spore contract and they have a set spawn so if you find where they spawn you can rack up kills faster compared to spores that randomized spawns

It took forever to notice and I completed all but 2 gold challenges before I noticed that Jackrabbits are still 20 kills. I counted 1 zombie at a time and always on the 20th kill I got a Jackrabbit for “30” kills It’s a ui bug I guess. Check for yourselves

On the topic of giving away schematics, on my first zombie game I was running around solo just grinding zombies for gun levels, someone in proximity chat just went "Stop! Wait!" Rams me with an ATV, jumps out, dumped two schematics then drove away.
I was so confused cause I had NO idea what they were so I didn't thank them properly. 😅

I clearly show Borealis camo unlocked on all mw3 weapons. it allows me to apply it but will not allow me to save it to a custom build in fact when I first unlocked the camo I could save it to a couple of different weapons but since then I cannot save it to any of them
It was due to a bug with the update but it got fixed happened to me too
Leveling up is the only issue I have with this grind.
I went too hard finishing up stories and calling card challenges that I only finished 3 weapon levels in the whole time playing.
The secondary grind is now just for fun and camos.
Do lockdown quads have it fill land on any one of the hard points hold out the gun you want to level prone and watch the xp rack up as you chill. For every teammate you have inside is extra xp
@@marlonh3458shipment is still way faster if Ur decent at the game I rack up 150 kills per game on shipment and use decoys easily 9 levels a game with no double xp
and if you have your weapon max level and if the camo is get 250 kills for one challenge then another challenge is 250 kills with 4 perks activated you can stacked the challenges together, It's always going to be two 250 kills challenges to do for each gun, its not like old cods were if your gun is max level and you have to start from the first base challenge you can start on any base camo

also the slaughter medals if they pop up it doesnt always mean it will count ive gotten five slaughter medals and only got one to count towards that camo same with the 20kills without getting hit just wait for the medal to pop up which it pops up at 30 not 20 and then get the zombies to hit you once and then boom your done easy as that its just very tricky to get that one done sometimes it wont count and sometimes it will just use aether shroud or frenzied guard

For anyone doing the 10 kills without reloading challenge it’s currently bugged and I don’t even want to guess when they’ll fix it
For the Taq eradicator I was literally just using it in a match few minutes ago and I got all 3 camos in zombies except for the reloading challenge wtf!!!

Here’s a good tip fellas, extracting with the weapon you haven’t unlocked in zombies if you extract with that gun you get to unlock that gun and as well doing contracts counts as doing daily challenges.
The best camo for me was Damascus. Im not a fan of the diamonds and the animated ones. But hey! The grind is fun!
medium exfil is great for mangler, disciple, and hellhound kills i use lower threat exfil for kills without reloading camo grind and 10 kills in 5 seconds and critical kills
The Jokr is gonna be fun for zombies...
Outlasts in Tier 1 are a good weapon xp grind and camo grind for kills.
Especially if you get one where they spawn in a tight spot or funnel in at a spot and is close ish to a ammo refill box

Fun fact. There are current exactly enough weapons in mw3(including the battle pass weapons), that you can get borealis without having to touch the sniper rifles

For the missions, I’m stuck on the one where you kill the hellhounds with cryofreeze… I just kill the dogs too fast. And now I’m having a hard time finding the cryo mod
if you go to harder zones and then shoot the dogs there is a bigger chance that the cryo will pop. As for finding ammo mods, i found loads in aether nests so that might help.
@@frankmascini1059 I always go straight to zone 2. And I typically play solo to maximize how many kills I can get. The hard part is getting the cryo mod for me. I find all the other mods, just never the cryo mod…

Mangers spawn immediately in tier 1 exfils if you just need elite kills. For disciples specifically, the soccer/futbol field exfil in tier 2 spawns them like crazy. Slap on a dead wire ammo mod and you tear through them even at pap 1
Great guide, but i gotta be honest. There are only 10 slots in your stash, there is no way i am storing one or two duplicates for someone else that might or might not even need it lol my stash is for me, even 10 isnt enough for one person, im not gonna partition it for someone else lmao
There is a stash glitch thats lets you stash 225 items max. al you need to do is when you exfil, swap your item with a mission reward item and then un-equip/stash the reward item. Im currently at like 130/10

I've tried doing a few weapons for this grind, but it is soooo much harder for me. Like, I cannot even figure out how to get 4 perks. Zombies is so much harder for me.

4 Perks are pretty easy to get, you can buy or loot them around the map. If you need perks for future camo challenges, save up 4 cans until you reach that challenge you need them for.
Guys I’m having trouble on my second gun camo grind in not sure if the MTZ 556 is bugged, the 20 consecutive kills without taking damage, I keep getting jackrabbit which is 30 kills but the 6/10 doesn’t change please help

Great video! I’m trying to start the Zombies Mastery grind for MW2 weapons, but none of the base challenges are counting, even for weapons I have max levelled. Is there a reason for this I may be missing? Every MW2 weapon I’ve tried has not counted a single thing, even the initial (get 250 kills) challenge after getting the weapon to level 2. If anyone knows why this might be happening, I’d greatly appreciate any help.
Know this is late and not sure if it’s fixed yet but for the mw2 guns if you didn’t have them maxed in mw2 the game thinks you still don’t have them maxed in mw3 even if they are.

Might be a strange question but while doing bioluminescence camo grind, Going to use the Launchers as an example, It says I need to get 4 launchers gold before unlocking the next camo, Do I need to get 4 launchers gold or can I get 1 launcher gold and the other 50 gold camos from other weapon categories? Not sure if that makes sense 🤔

The LMG class get 10 kills without reloading but if i count 10 kills and then reload it doesnt work neither does it when i get atleast 10 kills and just shoot the rest of my ammo in the sky or so. So yeh couldve they changed the hold the trigger for 5s ?

Nah prolly not it's just the serpentineinte that might be a pain
It only takes 2 "ish" days on in game play time to unlock and you are already well on your way with weapon xp, You should finish it over the holidays

and just so your all aware since this guy didnt mention it the mastery camo borealis is bugged for some people rn so you may or may not get it unless they fixed it secretly

no you get the flawless crystal plans and legendary aether tool plans from killing the red worm boss its the only way not from act iv mission thats misleading
Question: Is there a way, that instead of pack a punching your weapon, you can buy pack a punch crystals from the PaP machine?
Nop you can only get the PaP crustals by contracts rewards, infected fortress, chests and using schemes
No unfortunately there isn't the best way to get them is contracts unless you have any schematics
