Cornwall storms devastation not confined to the coast. Interior wind damage north Cornwall

The unusually high February tides & ferocious winds that hit the Cornwall coastline this week are set to continue, with the price to be paid by the environment & the natural habitat of wild life inland immeasurable. High winds snapped trees like matchsticks and uprooted trees as if they were mushrooms. Humongous waves took their toll all along the Cornish coast as the weather front raged.
