Awesome video. I am small RUclipsr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame- ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).
Right on time for me! I didn’t post for 3 years and got the nerve to be frustrated bc my channel ain’t growing lol
I’m only at 39 followers and I been posting 3x a week. No views. Very discouraging and I’m trying to stay positive and keep being consistent.
Right off the bat, I find it is all clickbait these days. Clickbait images, clickbait titles and it should not be allowed. I've been put off of so many channels by this tactic. I've been making videos for almost, four years now, and getting absolutely, nowhere with it, no matter WHAT, I upload. I don't lie or use clickbait tactics, nor do I beg people to like my videos either. If I have to use clickbait tactics I guess, the channel will never grow, and I feel if the material is good enough then people will like without being asked. One would think, anyway.
I been trying to years. I think my content is better than others yet they have more views and followers. I don't know. I be wanting to quit!

My RUclips growth is stuck and I know I can do better, apparently.
It is not easy to grow a RUclips channel. I have been on it for some time now and I only got 9 subscribers. Sometimes I feel like giving up. Stay awake all night preparing a video only to get no views. To every struggling channel, don't give me.

The fact I’m coming across this video and I’ve been consistent for the last two months and I think my content is decent.
Just started my channel beginning of June. RUclips has a way of humbling oneself😂, sometimes I feel I’m doing everything right but I still have no subscribers or views which is disheartening. But I’m going to continue experimenting and seeing what works. Lifestyle content is my direction and documenting my uni diaries as a cosmetic scientist student, even thought atm I’m on summer break, I’m trying to build that momentum, building my experience and confidence with the camera and consistency, currently posting 1x a wk.
Becoming a RUclipsr is, in many ways, like running a small business. You need to create and share content that really interests your audience, similar to an entrepreneur who must offer products or services that solve customer problems. As your channel grows and gains traction, the demand for content and management complexity will also increase. At this point, thinking about hiring a team to assist with the production, editing and management of the channel can be a strategic decision to maintain quality and continue expanding. Ultimately, success as a RUclipsr depends as much on your ability to engage your audience as it does on your ability to manage and scale your operations.

I clicked this video so fast 😅 my ring light broke recently so I’m investing in a soft box kit I’m excited, been at it 4 years and just now finding my flow with all of these tips, that last one hit me in my chest! I felt like I had to do what the people and algorithm wanted to see and I was abandoning myself and my genuinity and quirkiness. I have recently stopped caring and it has helped me to love creating again! thanks so much Erin!
