- This yard was marked with NO TRESSPASSING signs all over it and DEEMED UNSAFE But WE MOWED IT ANYWAYS!!! It took us over 8 hours to find a yard for @SBMowing and my self to mow and when we FINALLY found this one the owners of this property told us no! BUT WE DONT TAKE NO FOR A ANSWER!!! We asked everyone around about the story behind this house and got alot of crazy background. We had to really Grind to secure a yard for us both to mow but we got it done!! hope yall enjoy!!!

THANK YOU, @albladez ! We truly thank God for y'all. We've dumped SO much time and money into the fines left on this property to try to save it, battling vandalizing, squatting, and other illegal activity at the house DAILY. Just trying to get permission to restore or rebuild this home has been a full-time project in itself. My sons are working 6 days a week to qualify for a loan to be HOMEOWNERS, for those who are judging and saying youve wasted your efforts on an investor's purchase, they're wrong. This is our hometown and we hoped to restore but it has been deemed unrepairable. We are salvaging the iron and other pieces to give honor to the original we had planned to restore when we purchase this abandoned property. We have paid over $6k just in clearing overgrowth and trash since purchasing the home, just so a structural engineer could get access to home to give a have a final determination. There are toxic materials and contamination in the home that has been noted since they have paid professionals to help us move forward. Hopefully, we can get the legalities for everything in order soon. ❤ Again, Thank you both for blessing my boys and the neighborhood 😊And He meant that when he said come get your free scoop! 😂❤

I’m an old Florida girl. I remember seeing houses like this in south Florida and around the Tampa area.
Would also love to see a series on this house being restored. I wonder if you can put it out there to the community and maybe past owners or archives of what this house looked like in its glory. Make sure you guys get the gate and all of that brick before the property is run over by machines and such when certain areas need to be cleaned up and trucks for grabbing the debris. You and your sons should think about that idea of the series!!

Best one yet, together! That was someone’s dream home, when new. A home will deteriorate without maintenance and care, no matter the build. Sad, but you two cared enough to do your very best! Yeah that would be great.What a transformation.It was built in somewhere from the 1920s to at the latest 1950=think most likely the 20s or 30s.The Spanish style was very popular in many areas.

I’m glad I came across these videos. They have kept my mind occupied for 6?weeks through winter and cancer treatments. I’m all done now. Need prayers for healing. It’s better but still painful in areas.

Hello Al and Spencer, I love when you both collaborate. I got into these gardening programmes by watching Spencer first. I loved watching his videos. I then looked at Al Bladez and was hooked on another site. I loved that you both wouldn't take no for an answer. You both did an excellent job on this one. It's a shame that this building is condemned because I thought it was a beautiful house. Well done both of you, one for not getting hurt and two for doing you usual brilliant jobs. People will get a lawyer & sue you, for every penny you have, if they get hurt on your property 😮
By saying "No", if anyone gets injured they didn't have permission so they can't sue. At least in Pennsylvania that's how it works.

Cleaning up that yard should be an incentive for the new owners to start rehabbing that house.
The ice cream shop guy wanted to check w his brother and the contractor. As with most construction, once it is under contract , the contractor needs to be aware of what is happening. So they already have plans prior to the yard clean- up.
