People don't understand how much has to go right to peak off one foot, especially for a well trained older athlete

Love to hear that you’ve found someone you want to spend the rest of your life with John. I had to realise a similar thing that I can’t just go out and play volleyball/train whenever I want to. You can train a lot and chase your dreams but managing your time so you are giving the time and thought a relationship requires is something I had to learn.

I’ve got basically the same situation - I’m 16 with a 28.5 inch vertical, and I tried the test again and I came in at 24 inches. What is going on? Also, can you tell me the get good quick strat to jumping higher cause I’ve been stuck at 28.5 inches at 5”10 for about 3 months now. What do I do? Please help!
