Chase the reason why the cpu feels faster than you is because you're not moving forward towards them. You're holding right on your analog stick but since you're using configuration 1 pressing right on you're analog sticks will make your boxer go side ways instead of forward. Hold up on you're analog stick to make your boxer go forward I recommend using configuration 6 it has the buttons for your punches layout but you can still use total punch controls with your right stick
That was smart to make them come to u.. when fighting a counter puncher Boxer you gotta switch it up in between rounds. Sometimes pressure them then after a good round make them come to u
