Lately I have been feeling exactly as you have described. I am lost, losing time as I do not know where to go or what goals to make or have forgotten the things I am obligated to accomplish and things that I desire to do. I feel like a vessel for someone else's use and not that of my own. I know as a caregiver this requires balance but that I have lost. I remember back when I started high school and I decided to make a daily schedule for myself, and I loved it. But as time has gone on, I have shifted away from that, and things have become unsteady. So, thank you for this reminder. I am going to save it and pray and try again. Thanks girl!!

I never thought I could do it but once I started it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I make some time time in the morning for prayer and devotional and then hit the gym. This is such a great video I aspire to have the type of life style. I hear your message loud and clear, Ide love to know where you shop at for your food, and how you decided on your diet. Also what is that protein powder that you use and how has it gone for you?
Thanks love! I shop at traditional grocery stores, I’ll go to the farmers market if I need something culturally specific as I can get more bang for my buck there.
As far as deciding on food, I research what won’t make me gain unhealthy weight and I stick to those suggestions.
I use ISO100 for years now and it’s been great!

I loved this video. I normally workout 3 times a week but am now 27 weeks pregnant and the pelvic pain is making it extremely hard 😫😫. I still make sure I take time to meditate and journal though.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your videos. You put a different spin on things that I like. Now, you don't have to do this, but girl, how you do all this and take care of your babies (dogs). When I'm gone for the day I'm gone all day but when I'm home he is bad azz hell and i still have some work to complete. I was thinking about getting another one, but then that maybe 2 dogs with separation anxiety 🤦🏾♀️......any suggestions?

They need attention and playtime. I love love love my babies, raised them from puppies, but I’m looking to rehome them now 😔 it’s just too much for me and it’s not really fair to them because they need more space. It was much different when I was living in a home with them. Easier for me and better for them. But NOW? Too much, costing my peace and my pockets. And then I travel a lot and it’s just getting way too expensive to board them.
So my suggestion, just keep the one you have and done your best ❤️

Hey love the video. You’re truly an inspiration 🥰🥰🥰but I really do have trouble on starting my journey. I work mid shift from 6pm-6am is been a year and I’m trying to get that schedule changed. But I literally be so tired and drained from working all those hours😩😩😩. I have 3 days off but I have children so I’d like I’m never really off. I’m going to re watch this video and see good I could put me something together lol it off you have anything you could suggest for me
Hey babe! While you're unable to get the schedule changed, I recommend accepting it and shaping your life around your current situation. Once you're able to take control of your life the way it is, you'll learn how to adapt to whatever changes may occur. I try not to speak on lifestyle's that involved children because I feel if I haven't experienced something, I have no say so in how to go about it, BUT, I'm assuming that once you get off, the kids have to get ready for school? Which means you probably aren't able to get to sleep until 8/9am? Kids get out by 3pm? Leaving very little room for 8hr sleep during the school week. Change is easy with support of those around you, you'll have to get your kids on board to the way you want the days to go. First step, sit down and write out your dream week. Your dream schedule, how you'd spend your free time, what your kids would be doing... write out what your dream life would look like 1 yr from now with your kids. Once you write that out, it'll be easier to work backward and slowly make changes. Hope this helped ❤

I used to get up real early when i was losing weight 5 yesrs ago i would wake up at 4 am and study the bible then work i ut around 5 am and stsrt my day i felt good ajd looked good. Now i am over 200 lbs and i am also pregnant with my first child. My husbakd loves me very much but i need to get better for myself.
