ham tumor

Spiral Sliced Ham... the new dark meat.
I bought this Cook's ham at the SuperFresh and cooked it for dinner. When i went to serve it I found a surprise inside... kinda like Cracker-Jacks... well, ok maybe not.

Ya know, to gripe about finding a tumor in your ham is a little first world cockiness. First, at least you have ham to eat. Second, your ham is real and not completely full of sodium solutions for flavor. With it being a real leg of ham, and not all processed it's been limited to that ham and not mixed in with about 1000 other pressed hams. Cancer or malignant tumors can present in any animal, not just pigs. It happens, it's part of life. the price would go up if all meat had to be scanned
